I was very excited to go to a new Korean restaurant that opened near my house. However, I had a really unpleasant experience at a restaurant. I went there at 11 AM because they said they would open at that time, but when I arrived, they rudely told us that they hadn't prepared any food yet and that they weren't open. They said it would be 11:30 before anything was ready. As soon as I entered the restaurant, the first thing I heard was, "We’re not ready. What are you going to order?". It seems unprofessional that they couldn't even stick to their opening time; it feels like they aren't ready to run a restaurant yet.
