It doesn’t seems like providing “customer service” was apart of Maryori’s training. It’s bad enough that EVERYTIME my family visits this location the wait is extremely long and the drive thru line is constantly wrapped around the building. One of the things that I enjoy getting from McDonald’s in this Texas heat is a hot fudge sundae. Definitely a common thing that I order…today during my visit I order just that. When I given my sundae I noticed that my cup was only half way full. When I brought it to Maryori’s attention she said we no longer fill the cup up this is how we’ve been told to serve it. What a rip off!!! It’s like ordering a medium fry and now they only give you half the amount in the fry container. What’s the purpose of even putting the lid on it at this point. If they’re looking to cut cost don’t give the lid it’s pointless the cup is only have full. I thought the purpose of the lid was to “catch” ice cream rim up to prevent a mess and/or melting over. Normally when ordering a sundae it comes full (I literally just ordered one from this exact location last week via the drive thru and received a full cup). Even looking at the sundae picture on the menu it shows a fuller cup. It usually come at lease to the cup rim. Ultimately, if this is now the policy I’ve been made an aware and now have a decision to make if I will continue to order this item. However, I also feel like Maryori could have done a better job in her customer service. A simple “I’ll go ahead and fill it up this time however please keep in mind for your next visit the way that it was present is the new normal” but that wasn’t the case. I even said to her “I just purchased one days ago at this location and was given the normal amount…are you able to go ahead and fill it up this visit and I’ll keep in mind the smaller amount going forward” and she said “no the amount you got is correct.” Keep in mind as I mentioned this location is ALWAYS crowded business is booming what would it have hurt for her to provide a customer service and fill the cup...
Read moreordered two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches and one cheeseburger. However, when I got to my destination, I found that there were two cheeseburgers and only one Filet-O-Fish in the bag. I paid for two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches, not two cheeseburgers. I was unable to return the items right away because I was delivering the food to my grandfather and mother, and I had other things to take care of. Plus, the restaurant was on the other side of town.
I called and spoke with the manager. When I finally brought the order back that evening about five hours later she asked if I wanted her to remake the sandwich. I told her she could remake it, but I also wanted a refund for the inconvenience. She responded, "I can't do both." So, I chose to take the refund.
Customer service these days is really disappointing. I told my mother I shouldn't have gone there for her in the first place, especially since the company should be boycotted for their DEI policies. Still, I went and this is the kind of service I received. She didn’t even offer to give me a sandwich for free, considering I wasted my gas and time to return over a $3 mistake.
Please train your staff to read and fulfill orders correctly. Mistakes like this cause unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for your customers.

Read moreThe girl in the morning at the drive thru was not only rude but obviously doesn't know how to make drinks. I ordered food, a regular coffee and a Ice coffee. I get my order and drive off. I take a drink of my ice coffee and it's the nastiest thing i have ever tasted. I drink these all the time from other McD's. It had no coffee taste at all and a weird syrup taste but not even really sweet. Ive had them with too much sweet syrup but this tasted different. Just plain nasty. So I turn around and go back and get in the line. When it's my turn at the window another lady pulls up and parks and walks up to the window with a sweet tea that also isn't right. So the employee takes her drink before mine. (Thought they were not allowed to serve people who walk up to the window?) So even though i waited in line she takes care of hers first. Then i tell her mine tastes gross so she remakes it. The lady with the tea walks back up to the window because her drink is still wrong. I get my drink and pull off. Its now just watered down coffee no flavor at all. I give up. I don't have time to go back and have her make me another disgusting drink. These people need to be trained on how to make drinks and not be so rude towards people. I will be calling corporate. Now i have a full ice coffee I can not drink. Terrible service.
