Rancho Nando in Pembroke Pines, Florida, is a delightful dining destination that offers an authentic taste of Colombian cuisine in a warm and inviting setting. This family-owned restaurant has earned a loyal following thanks to its flavorful dishes, generous portions, and friendly service.

The menu at Rancho Nando is a celebration of traditional Colombian fare. One of the standout dishes is the Bandeja Paisa, a hearty platter featuring grilled steak, chicharrón, fried egg, plantains, avocado, and arepa, all served with rice and beans. This dish exemplifies the rich and diverse flavors that Colombian cuisine is known for. Another favorite is the Sancocho, a comforting and savory stew made with tender meats, yucca, and corn, perfect for those seeking a taste of home-cooked comfort food.

Rancho Nando's atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with rustic decor that evokes the charm of a traditional Colombian ranch. The casual yet cozy setting is ideal for both family gatherings and casual dining with friends. The attentive and courteous staff add to the pleasant dining experience, always ready to offer recommendations or accommodate special requests.

In addition to its dine-in options, Rancho Nando provides takeout and delivery services, ensuring that customers can enjoy their favorite dishes at home. The portion sizes are ample, and the prices are reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of food offered.

This place really surprise me.

The place is big and decoration was very Colombian, everything was clean and tables had enough space between each other, everybody was in uniforms making it feel like a well prepared workers. We came for Memorial Day, and the place was full. It took a little longer for the service, but it was worth it. Great attention starting from the hosted DIEGO and RAUL we're very patience and was recommending things without putting pressure, he came to the table a couple time to check on our food and make sure we didn’t need anything while we were eating but still gave us our space and time to eat and relax in our own time. We started with the empanadas and tostones rellenos, and it was perfect for the food we got. We got a picada for two “Carne llanera” (medium) that comes with steam potatoes and fried sweet plantain, the meat was tender and had that particular charcoal Smokey flavor very características of this type of preparation, the picada include tostones and arepas, match perfect with the meat and of course potatoes and plantains were perfect, the portion was big, it was a lot of meat. And we finished with a “Tres leches Natas” that we shared, it was fantastic, really creamy and actually it wasn’t that sweet, it was perfect. Prices were very good for the quality of food they served.

Pictures will not make justice for the great flavors and...

Beware of this place!! Today first of the year 2020 my family and I came to have dinner here at Rancho Nando and after been customers since 2017 we had a few bad experiences that we overlooked but today we had it! we ordered 3 bandejas paisas one soda one beer and a juice all for almost $100.00 and on top of that OUR FOOD WAS COLD!!! when we told our waitress she said that wasn't her fault it was the cooks fault we were like seriously? THE OWNER WAS THERE WE TRIED CALLING HER SHE IGNORED US AND KEPT WALKING !! Finally we just got up and left our food half eaten and approached the cashier upfront i believed she said her name is Adriana and asked her to charge us so we could leave she had an attitude she asked us if we ever had a bandeja paisa as we were ignorants we explained to her that we are from Colombia we explained Adriana that the meat was kids portion sides and Adriana said that the bandejas paisas barely brings any meet first time we heard that !! WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW CAN A RESTAURANT SERVE COLD FOOD AND BE SO EXPENSIVE WHEN THE IR STEAKS ARE SO SMALL AND SMELL LIKE SOUR MOPS AND NOT BE APOLOGETIC ABOUT IT? INSTEAD ADRIANA CALLED ME RUDE AS I WALKED OUT WE WILL...

Rancho Nando in Pembroke Pines is truly a hidden gem and one of those places you can’t help but fall in love with after the first visit. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a great dining experience. The food is the real star here. Every dish I’ve tried has been full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with care. Portions are generous, and you can taste the authenticity in every bite. Whether you’re craving something hearty or just want to enjoy a casual meal with friends and family, Rancho Nando never disappoints. I especially appreciate how consistent they are—each visit feels just as good as the last, which is rare to find these days. The presentation, the freshness of the ingredients, and the overall quality really set this restaurant apart from others in the area. Rancho Nando has become one of my go-to spots in Pembroke Pines, and I always recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and great service. Without a doubt, it deserves all the praise it gets! Nuvia the Colombian server was great.
