I love Crumbl, and this location is the closest to me out of the 3 I’ve been to, but probably not the greatest customer service out of the 3 of been to, unfortunately. Low energy, not the most urgent service. I always prepay before getting there, and today, several people who showed up after me got their cookies before me, even the ones who got their after and payed when they got there, which isn’t right or fair. Then a guy who prepaid and then showed up after me gets asked who the order is under, and I get ignored, though I’d been there several minutes before that guy. I think they need a better plan on who man’s the incoming customer traffic and to do so with a little more urgency. I know that’s a busy location, I get it, I just feel the customer service aspect when it comes to store pick ups needs to improve, and get better Wi-Fi too because sometimes I can’t even hit the “I’m here” button due to lack of connection, which may also make a difference too
Edit review: came here Thursday, 9/25/25 in the early evening. You have about 5 or 6 employees in there, just all in the back of the store, not even with any other customers or anything and not one person greets your or so much as looks your way when you walk in. One girl just boxes up my cookie, asks if it’s more me (I check in on the app when I get there) hands me it, and doesn’t say a word after I say “thank you!”. They don’t greet when you walk in nor they say “thank you” or “have a good night” or anything when you leave. Literally any other store I go to in the valley greets you when you walk in, is enthusiastic, and says goodbye and thank you on your way out. Is this store just taught that interacting with the customers, beyond taking in store orders, doesn’t matter? Or is this a generational thing with younger...
Read moreIdk how many times this has happened but I’m really irritated. Won’t be coming here again. I order curbside pickup because I have a leg injury and the app offers it. Every time without fail the complete the order and then they don’t bring the cookie. Today the shop was fully empty. There are three associates there. They did it again, and when I walked in the guy comes up looks me up and says didn’t one of you just do this order? They clearly never left the store? And I pray the manager or someone sees this because it’s truly ridiculous. I ask for a refund because at this point I’m just generally annoyed and they say they can’t process one I have to email a manager for a refund. I like to be reasonable so instead of going off I just walked out. No refund, no cookie, terrible customer service. …laughable. I wish I could report them. Oh I also called before hobbling in the door and surprise surprise no one...
Read moreI love Crumbl Cookies. I’ve had them delivered many times for my out of state family. My daughter had them delivered to me Dec 13th for my birthday. I would have posted this review Dec 14th but I thought I would wait and see if I received a response from the email I sent instead. Todays Dec. 15 and I’ve heard nothing so now I’ll give the review. My daughter was so excited for me to receive my gift. I was so excited to receive the box of 6 cookies until I opened the box. If this is acceptable for delivery then I will never send these to anyone. I was trying to figure out why the syrup was in my box and wondered if the driver stopped for breakfast somewhere. This is completely unacceptable. So disappointed. I didn’t have the heart to tell my daughter that the cookies were a mess when I opened the box. Also unacceptable to not respond to a customer that...
