Went in to get some new phones, kept getting upsold on an Apple Watch when said I already have a nice one, Justin the manager quoted me a before sales price and the after trade in price it was the same, that’s not the worst yet. I had to take my son to the doctor so I told Justin to pause the whole thing, I go in at 7:40pm to trade my iPhone, didn’t get no help setting it up, felt very rushed by Tino getting out the door, as I’m walking out tino says to call T-Mobile and get the Apple Watches I DIDNT GET! removed from my account because apparently Justin the MANAGER activated and synced them to my phone lines even though I never once agreed I was even going to purchase them. So I called T-Mobile very sweet guy named Allen helped me get the watches off my account and kept apologizing because of how wrong that is and how I was treated. JUSTIN IS THE REASON THERE IS A RESTRICTION ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE! He fraudulently put and synced 3 Apple Watches onto my account. So thank you Justin for making me have to wait 24 hours to use my brand new iPhone and fraudulently putting stuff onto my account, you have officially lost my business at your store. -0 stars not impressed, this place has definitely...

The reps at this store cannot do basic things. We recently switched to Tmobile and the corporate store told us we could drop off our old phones to any Tmobile location, and when my wife tried to do it here they told her they couldn’t take them. Which was incorrect, after some pushing they figured out how to do it.
They also locked us out of the Tlife app when trying to help set up an authorized user. So now I cannot access my children’s location until we call customer service!
Also while my wife was there an irate customer came in that they were unable to help. He was upset but their response was to tell him where the AT&T and Verizon locations were. Unacceptable unprofessional behavior.
Lastly they have no manager on site except on Fridays? Incredible.
They are not corporate, but still an Authorized retailer should mean more, their standards and training should be higher.

Even talked to customer service about an overdue bill. Paid for everything same day was not offered the rebates or the promo's and they put it on his account anyway. I was unaware until A MSISDN alert to me multiple lines were being connected. I have been hung up on disrespected had numerous HRS of OF MY TIME WASTED.
