So apparently the dominoes app doesn't let you order delivery from this location so I had to call the actual store to place an order. After having to call 5 times in order for someone to pick up the phone they finally answer. I order the special that comes with 2 pizzas, 1 order of bread and 1 order of cinna sticks and a drink. After waiting for about an hour the delivery driver shows up and first thing he says is hey I forgot your drink but if you want I can go back and get it but not sure what time I'll be back. So me and my wife laugh about it and just tell him we'll ask for a refund for the drink. After we started opening the boxes for my order they did not give us the dipping sauce for my cinna Stix and did not give marinara sauce for the bread. My wide was more upset about this than i was so we decided to call the store and let them know about our order.We call the location 3 more times for them to answer . Finally someone answers and we tell them everything and she replies with well do you want to wait for us to drive it back out? Like really!? I tell her no because my food will get colder if I just wait for the sauce that should have been delivered with my stuff the first time. She then says she can give a refund but she'll have to re charge me for the order in order for her to give me a refund and she sounded confused by it too so then she finally said she'd leave a credit on my account for the next purchase. My pizza wasn't cold but wasn't hot and overall experience with this location wasn't the best..not sure when we'll order again from...

Our pizzas were in terrible condition upon delivery, every pizza was cramed sideways in the box, the alfredo pizza had sauce all over the box and all the toppings were on 2 slices, our gluten free pizzas only had toppings on half, the thin crust pizzas looked as if it had been shaken, pieces were upside down and stack on top of each other. After calling and waiting on hold for 45 minutes we spoke to Anna who belligerently said we had to drive the damaged pizza to their store for replacement, saying that their refund policy has changed which is a lie acording to the webistes refund policy!, we paid for delivery why would we drive to them. She then said we would have to wait 18 hours to speak to a gm to get our pizzas corected, which is terrible service. After coming to an agreement that they would remake the pizzas and deliver it she called us back trying to force us to pay a $15 dollar delivery fee or we wouldnt recieve the pizzas. Delivery fees are only $3.99 not incluiding a tip. We usually have great service from this location, but after tonight we would rather take our business to papa John's or pizza hut. We will be speaking to all levels to have this lady removed from her position. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Read moreOrder food and was told it was gonna be 8-10 minutes until its ready, sat and waited for 30 extra minutes. While my food was supposed to be ready, instead of my food being made and brought out the female and male employee were Making out, hugging, and kissing eachothers necks.
After finally receiving our food, when we return home, the pizzas have almost no toppings on them and the past had maybe 6 pieces of noodles. WE SPENT 60$! So we cann to complain just to find out there isnt even anyone to complain to, you have to go to FB, instagram or something like that. So we ordered the same order and drove to the store and told them the order was terrible and not worth 60$ and we were going to pay for the meal to be remade.
The worker that was working at the time was EXTREMELY rude. When we told him that they screwed up our order what turned and told us word for word was “so we screwed up your order, so what.” Are they allowed to speak to customers like that.
And when we told him all we want is a refund of our pizza remade, he then proceeded to cancel our order turn around say “ok” and proceed to throw the pizzas into the trash, with given force and tell us to leave and that he had been “working his a** off” which i dont think your allowed to speak to customers like that either.
I can understand being tired, but dont work in customer service if you cant provide proficient customer service.
