Five Guys — Restaurant in Pflugerville

Your employees are incompetent and lazy!! 5 to 6 people roaming around fist bumping and greeting each other while prepping food. Overstaffed but they can't make a burger right?

Front counter guy had no idea what I was asking for..I pointed out veggie sandwich with cheese on the overhead menu and mobile order sure. He responds "sorry Abt that". Asked for everything plus jalapenos and hot sauce..

As others have mentioned check your order before you leave including opening your burger.. I ordered a cheese veggie sandwich. Can you help locate cheese? Also asked for hot sauce and jalapeno during order..it is printed on the receipt. At the time of the pickup, I asked if he added hot sauce? He opened to double check and guess what, it was dry..he added it to correct their error.

Fast forward, I got home and found 1 jalapeno and no cheese. Help me find cheese that I paid for on my food.

Avoid this place..we have orders at in n out 30 times. They have yet to make a single error on my order. I was a fool to try something different and give this place a try... NEVER AGAIN!! .. I can have 2 accurately made sandwiches for a price of 1 dodgy sandwich...

This is a brand-new location in my area and this was my first visit. I really enjoy Five Guys burgers and all it has to offer.

Service: I really enjoyed the greeting from walking into the restaurant, to cashier being very caring with the selection of my order, and the cooks willing to make sure that my order was cooked the way I wanted it. The staff made sure consistently that I was enjoying my order and continue to clean the store. They provided great customer service and kept everything very clean.

Food: There is nothing I can really say but “Yum!”. During my visit, everything was cooked as expected and everything was cooked to order.

Overall: I really hope nothing but the best for this location and really hope that they keep this same energy and enthusiasm for years to come. I really enjoyed my visit and I truly recommend visiting this location if you enjoy Five Guys in the past. This is a smaller location, but I think this will become more popular as years to come. Can’t wait for...

Ordered a cheeseburger and oreo shake through the website, only got the cheeseburger. Mind you, this is the closing staff as the food was ordered around 8PM. Spoke with Matthew who was supposedly the manager I requested, and told me they do not deliver and if I wanted a refund I would have to come in. When I explained that did not make sense to force people who use the delivery method to have them make a trip to get a refund. He hung up on me. When I called back and requested Matthew again, I asked if he could provide a coupon I could use on their site to reorder or something and he told me he would call his manager and placed the phone down. Call disconnected again. Called back and he just told me to come in for a refund.

Matthew, when your life is down and everything is falling apart. I want you to remember our moment and how you robbed me...
