Harper's Ice Cream: A Philly Gem Where Sweet Dreams Are Made
Let me tell you, Harper's Ice Cream is the cherry on top of Philly's amazing food scene! I walked in and immediately felt welcome, thanks to the super friendly staff. I got the soft serve vanilla with gummi bears and sprinkle toppings and he got the non dairy cookies and cream. I definitely will be back with my boyfriend and will take my 2 teenagers with us. The only reason why I didn’t give a full 5 star rating is because they only had (butter pecan) ice cream in Pints and that would have been way to much ice cream for me. Oh and the parking is scarce too although I was lucky to squeeze in somewhere without...
