His & Hers Restaurant Bar — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The settings is beautiful & all warm & cozy.. This was my second time here due to the last time I was there I wasn't pleased with the food & service!! I said maybe its just they were to busy this day so try again... Well it was the same thing . The waiters service is very un organized !! U order food now the tables have numbers on them so u would think u'r food should come to u ... Hell Naw it was brought out not by u'r waiter but I guess the kitchen staff ... It was two of us & our food was walked over to several other tables before we had to flag them down & say that's ours!! My salad was VERY HORRIBLE EVEN MCDONALD'S is better!! It had two tomatoes 3 cucumbers 3 pieces of onions & fried Strimp with the tails still attached & they gave me like a little shot cup of dressing half full & of course when I asked for to more cups or waiter said OK & came back 18 mins later with it... Now when my friend food was brought out which was mozzarella sticks a chicken wrap & fries , it all came out separate took all around again plus the guy knocked over his drink which was watered down anyway as mines was putting the food down on the table & his phone was right there & got wet.. OK so now we're ready to go & get the check & its like an almost $10 gratuity which is not a problem when I eat out at all & leave a nice tip for great service.. But this was Horrible & when I told Another waitress to send me a manager, she just asked me why & I explained everything & she said I'm so sorry I'll tell him I said no go get him.. When my waiter came over as well were talking I asked him for a glass of water that he never bought after 15 mins of watching him just stand there talking to another patron... At this point we are livid & want our check & didn't even want to eat no more than the 4 forks I had tasted that was unpleasant .. So I waved him over & said u never got the water he said oh yeah I'm sorry went to walk away & I said no it's not needed just bring our check ... He came back we paid the $73 & still left a $7 tip cus he was given $80 & we told him no change is needed .. Left the food & a MANAGER STILL NEVER CAME ... I'm over this place .. Its to many places on SOUTH STREET that is nice & the food is great & they don't even have a $10 cover charge to enter.. So I won't EVER GO HERE again even if My Favorite CELEBRITY hosted and EVENT here...

This place charged a 20$ cover fee on a DEAD Saturday night and after paying and going up stairs to see if it was “LIT” like the guy at the door swore up and down it was completely dead upstairs as well, my partner and I were not on that club establishment for even 2 minutes ! When upstairs asking for a shot they have roaches crawling on the bar counter !!! And they tried to act as if it was nothing ! I honestly will never return here again complete waste of time and money ! After witnessing the roaches up stairs at the bar we immediately headed down stairs where we were just debriefing our self and working on finding a better club/ bar to head to. I would say not even 5-10min after sitting at a booth downstairs we were being pushed to order and buy food which we clearly had no interest in after seeing the roach infestation issue from upstairs! The waitress came over asked if we were ready to order and we politely told her we’re just hanging out! 5 minutes after they send some weird old dude who says this exact “ are y’all ordering or not! It’s a 2 drink minimum! And when your not ordering that when they send me” we immediately just got up and left. The name should be changed to NEVER AGAIN restaurant because we will never again step foot in that place! Charged us 20$ a person for a place that not even 120 seconds of being in there we see roaches! Not shy ones either . With that being pushed to order something after ordering 2 shots up stairs and simply not wanting to take them after seeing roaches crawling on that same counter they put their shot cups on! If I could rate this place a -1 star for service and atmosphere I certainly would. Save your self time and money before you...

manager is weird . went there and ordered two different meals with rice .. waitress came back and informed us there was no rice . my bf changed his order to something different, i didn’t. i got my food back with rice (it was plain white rice on my plate , little ass spoonful of it too. if you been here before you know lamb chops DONT come with a tiny thing of plain white rice .) we were upset because we came out already knowing what we wanted and got something completely different. anyways the manager came back and explained he would take off my bfs initial order off the menu … which he did not get ???. even the waitress was confused … he came back and explained that because we ate our food (which i only ate my lamb chops because they gave me a entire plate FULL of lettuce like i was some type of rabbit … even placed the chops on the salad so they came to me COLD.) he would take off the first order my man made. that makes no sense … so initially you was going to charge me for something WE NEVER GOT… this whole experience made me mad cause again i’ve been here before i knew the food with going to be good and yall played in our faces , plus it was my birthday. the waitress was very sweet as well ! but yeah thanks for the terrible experience 💙

edit: my man and i came back after i got a response from this review and the food experience was so much. the music and drinks were amazing . the bartender was our waitress again and she was great...
