McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

CrackDonald's round 2!! I recently received coupons for CrackDonald's in the recent newspaper flyers that came to my residence. So I decided to go to this one even before entrance the signs in the windows were falling down and outside they had a one time Play Place but that's a long gone. When I entered it was a line out the door and one woman was waiting over 10 minutes for an order! When I got to the front of the line I had a coupon for free Bacon Cheese Fries with a purchase of any large sandwich and you know they wouldn't honor that coupon from a recent flyer because their excuse was they didn't have it! I figured all well I have another coupon for free French fries with the purchase of a Grand McExtreme Bacon Cheeseburger and I purchased a large drink for $0.99 Plus $0.60 Philadelphia soda tax. I didn't receive a special hamburger I received the run of the mill kids hamburger literally with bacon and cheese on it and got charged for the fries! The incompetence of this location is through the roof!! They have a soda fountain which is a complete mess and full of ice especially around the full calorie sodas, also they only allow one free refill which is a travesty for philadelphians who have to pay the soda tax!! In layman's terms I got ripped off at this location and for a few cents more could have got a Double Whopper meal special from Burger King!! Another complaint is they have a ketchup well with no cups and I don't think it was changed or cleaned in years!! Next is the dining hall it's a complete mess and full of vagrants that have no place to go. The bathrooms are atrocious where they never been cleaned and reeked of urine!! Even the trash cans were completely full the where the wooden case doors over the actual trash cans wouldn't close!! The most favoritest thing that I saw at this location was that someone really had time with a lot of razor blades to etch a lot of designs on the windows and glass. Enclosing McDonald's should seriously change its name to CrackDonald's because it will never be the same experience as it was when I was younger even with the coupon books and I will continue to take my business to their competition but with the people that were in there I guess a McCrack and Cheese is...

If I could give negative stars, I would. I waited 20 minutes at Curbside 5 to get a small fry, 6 nuggets and a sundae. I go inside about my order and I saw it sitting among many others. No greeting or anything, the little young girl said, "You number 5?" I said yes and she flung an open bag and a melted sundae at me. I immediately felt the fries and they were cold. I asked for new fries and she snatched the bag back saying, "You don't gotta be rude about it." I wasn't, I just wanted new food. I told her I wasn't being rude, but I can be if she wanted. She said, "so what you wanna do?" Please understand you're lucky the police didn't show up to your restaurant, because I don't tolerate disrespect. But I digress. She talked so much her little co-worker had to tell her to calm down. I'm sorry your worker was inundated with orders, that has NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. Then the manager finally comes over after I have to wait LONGER and finally gives me a refund. She said "we don't give out names" when I asked who should I say I had a problem with. Why would I want people like that serving me food? This store is repeatedly offensive with bad attitudes, burnt, wrong or cold food at inflated prices from this place. It's sad that you hire workers who will act like this when under pressure. Clearly, she can't handle the job if this is how she acts and her blonde manager supports it, because there was no reprimand. I'd rather go to Popeyes or BK. I want a response from someone at McDonald's about this or I will reach out to corporate myself. I'm sick of your horrible customer service from rude and immature children. They ALL need to go and you need to train...

These comments are almost entirely towards lunch and dinner. Breakfast in the morning is usually good, few issues. It seems to be run completely different.

I used to get food from here all the time, but lately this place has fallen apart. I am done. I get that sometimes customers can treat service workers horribly, but at this location, I have seen employees have a horrible attitude towards customers who are being polite. Food can be cold, burnt, or missing ingredients. If you pay extra to add something to a sandwich, its 50/50 on if you get it. If you ask someone politely to correct the mistake, they will be extremely rude to you and act like its your fault. If customers are rude, instead of getting a manager or asking them to leave, the employees will get into a verbal argument.

The wait times are ridiculous. I am all for having fun at work, but theres constantly people standing around with orders piling up. Also, sometimes you might wait for 10 mins in the drivethu, just to find out at the speaker that they only are accepting mobile orders, with no sign. But if you use the mobile order, you are taking a real gamble on what you end up getting.

This place is run horribly and needs new management. Whoever is doing it now is way over their head. Again, breakfast is completely different and I would rate it 5 stars.
