Naf Naf Grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

One of the rudest people I have ever seen that worked a grill works over there, I merely asked her for steak instead of chicken and she looked up and down at me as if I was insulting her mother. It's the short woman that that has her hair braided and wears a cap with tattoos on her face and a drop jeans. That is the one that I'm talking about, and how would you work without a hair net in that place while you're handling food?.. almost all the staff except for one lady are super short tempered as if it was a jail lunch line and you don't even have a say in what is being served. As soon as you make a request, their role their eyes at you and are extremely extremely rude. Not to mention the lowest food quality ever served under the pretences of being Middle Eastern. The worst ever and I know because I am Middle Eastern. And the place is generally not that clean!! I would never go there even if they were given...

I was very excited to try the food at Naf Naf Grill. I had heard about this place from my coworker. My experience was lacking in the customer service area. I wanted the pita with steak. There wasn't much steak in the bowl and I thought the server would wait for more steak to come out. She proceeded to give me what was left at the bottom of the bowl. I asked her if I could get a little more steak, but she acted like she didn't hear me and moved my pita down the line. The steak did come out so I asked again could I get a little more steak since what I received was scraped from the bottom of the bowl. I guess this annoyed her so she said I will have to charge you more for extra steak. I didn't want extra steak just what I should have received if she had waited two seconds more for more steak to come out. The food was good, but the service was lacking and I ended up paying much more than it should...

Awful customer service. Placed a delivery order via the Naf Naf app that never came. I called the location and they said that Door Dash had attempted to deliver but couldn't get a hold of me. I had no missed calls or anything from Door Dash, but regardless I asked if the food could be resent. The person on the other end told me that she was too busy right now to get someone to pick up the order and I would just have to wait until she was less busy. Very unprofessional, rude and not how a customer should be treated. I'm not even sure that door dash was ever even called to originally deliver the order as i never received any notifications that my order had been picked up. Just a complete fail for...
