People that work there are so nice so it hurts me to make this review, but I have to bc I’ve come here a bunch of times praying for it to be good and have been let down almost every time. I think the machine to order something vs talking to the people behind the counter makes a huge difference. I actually don’t think it’s any faster bc there’s so many wacky things with the machine and options that by the time I decipher through it it’s been 10 minutes. The descriptions of the foods isn’t good so one time I ordered a sandwich with a boiled egg in it. I think talking to the people behind the counter adds to the deli style feel. However, they do not recycle, have recycling bins anywhere and the take away plastic bags they use for people to take away their sandwiches are NOT recyclable. It would be convenient to use mostly brown paper bags then those awful plastic ones.
