Save the trouble. I have gotten my iPhone 13 Pro Max back fixed twice in a span of a month, with having to go back and forth from them breaking my flashlight and my volume button not working. I have had my phone for about a week and the screen has cracked again with a protector on it. I believe they use low quality glass because this is the third time it has cracked this SAME month and it took me a year to crack my real apple screen. It is such a waste of time. I have spent $150 twice on getting my screen fixed when I should have just gone to apple with the same amount of money for better quality.
UPDATE They reached out to me and offered to fix the back of my phone. I let them fix it on Saturday 3/18/23 and got it back Monday 3/20/23. It is now Sunday 3/26/23 and it hasn’t even been a week yet and the back cracked AGAIN. With an otter box on it. The slightest drop and the back shatters. I had my iPhone 13 Pro Max for a full year dropping it back and forth and it did not crack until a year and a half later. With the backs/screens they use, it has to be the cheapest material because it breaks from the slightest touch. Read moreTook my phone to fix after had water damage. Took my phone and said would give me a email back about repairs needed and quoted about $50 for the service. If it was too bad I would just buy a new phone I figured. After not hearing back I found that he replaced pretty much everything to the tune of over $200 for a over 4 year old phone. I had no choice but to pay but was even more irritated when I found the parts he used were all 3rd party. The phone was completely janky with black lines on top due to incorrect curved screen. I figured I could make it work but then it had all kinds of technical issues such as not turning on when I pressed the power button, randomly turning off, google voice not working, people not hearing my voice. I went to get a futher repair since it was so bad just to be told they cannot help and offered 10$ back. I tried to use until one day I was driving and phone completely shut off on highway. I had a appointment and was using phone for GPS so I had to quickly stop by shoulder to turn back on. I came in yesterday to get the screen on my phone fixed, and you were able to replace the screen very quickly, which I appreciate. However, the replacement screen wasn't the right one, and the phone went to black about an hour later. I brought the phone back, and you were able to fix the screen again the same day. Unfortunately, the same problem happened again a few hours later. I will be coming back into the shop today at 12pm to get this issue resolved once and for all. Accidents happen, but I'm hoping this is the last time I have to bring my phone back to be fixed. On the plus side at least we get a lifetime warranty for any technical issues that happen after repairs are made------------ I will update my review if you guys are able to solve the problem without me having to come back in the same or next day.
