I got ayce sushi, because $20 per person is great deal. But be prepared to get more rice than filling. And I get if you don’t get as much filling. But please don’t put more rice to compensate. I would be fine with equal amounts of rice and filling. This place could be booming if they didn’t try to skimp. I saw pictures from other customers and those had even more rice. Cmon now. But back to food. Beef and egg roll is the best for your buck. The avocado salmon had avocado that wasn’t ripe. Salmon was ok. But shrimp had more breading. I would say try but beware of not getting the best quality with ayce. Maybe order rolls regularly won’t give you that issue.

The hibachi chicken was a solid choice – tender and flavorful, with that classic savory hibachi taste. The salmon mango roll offered a delightful combination of fresh, buttery salmon and the sweet tang of mango. It was a refreshing and well-balanced roll. The spicy tuna sushi rolls delivered a nice kick of heat and had a good texture. As for the sides, the salad was crisp and the dressing was light, a nice palate cleanser. The miso soup was warm and comforting, with a good depth of umami flavor. Overall, Uni offers a satisfying Japanese meal with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes.

Really wanted to like this place, but the sushi is bad. Wet, mushy rice. The udon noodles are good. The real kicker is that they charge a ~11% fee to pay with a card when ordering through their site. A $100 bill will run you $17.50 for "taxes and card fees" --- 6% for food tax, ~11% for paying with a card. I don't plan to order from here again because the food wasn't good, but I'd caution anyone who plans to order from here that you'll be paying a hefty fee for the privilege of being a customer. Try Nori sushi on South St instead.

I visited UNI today for a late lunch, and the experience was fantastic! I chose the "All-You-Can-Eat" menu, which featured a great variety of rolls. I tried the mango avocado, Philly, salmon, and spicy tuna rolls—each one was fresh and flavorful. We also shared the crab rangoons and the salmon bomb, which not only tasted amazing but was presented in a really creative way!

It’s clear that the chefs put a lot of care into every dish, ensuring both quality and attention to detail. The service was exceptional too—from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles and felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit.

The atmosphere at UNI is distinctive, offering two main dining spaces with beautifully curated decorations that add to the ambiance. Even the music selection enhanced the laid-back vibe. If you're looking for a chill spot to enjoy some great sushi, UNI is a must-visit. Highly...

I attempted to place a fairly large order from this place, and I wrote I had a peanut allergy. I was called and told that "everything we have has peanut in it," i asked "your white rice? your tuna rolls?" and he said "yes, I think so, that's what the cooks are saying." The guy was fairly clueless on the phone. I've never ever ever eaten at a Japanese restaurant that wasn't able to control simple cross contamination of such a common allergy, which makes me think this place has a very dirty kitchen. Just a fair warning to anyone with an allergy! The best affordable sushi spot in the area is Vic's Sushi Bar, by far. Please order from there...
