A family-owned bar business that has served the South Philly neighborhood 4 years I wouldn't call this much of a dive but it's not the most classes are either although the owner Anita decorate the bar with a lot of style and pizzazz I love how she puts her Personal Touch on her bar with the decorations pertaining to the season and or holiday. The bartenders there have also been there a long time I do recommend and suggest that they find new bartenders that are younger and more friendlier it seems like bartenders that have been there have attitudes and they're always complaining and they take forever to service their Patriots the drinks are bad though and they are not overpriced or expensive the food there is really the main feature they employee different ones most of them are patrons of the bar that have going there for years someway somehow they have gotten a chance to cook up there specialties in Soul Food fast food everything from fried chicken wings fried chicken breast pork chops fried turkey chops chicken chops baked turkey wings collard greens fried cabbage macaroni salad potato salad candy yams string beans and even sometimes during the summer months they have seafood such as crabs and mussels served I don't know why they haven't sold shrimp but other than that is a pretty nice place they need to be on top of their restrooms which are very nasty and they stink they should really think about upgrading the look of...

The experience I had at this establishment was unbelievable. I have to give my utmost respect to the owner Ms. Anita, her niece, and Edwin the bartender. The way you transformed the backyard area into a nice party setup was outstanding. My uncle enjoyed it as well our family and friends. I have already recommened this place to others I know. I came here years ago and was always getting the fish bowls. When I went today (12-7-2024) they no longer make them and I was disappointed but I got a vodka & OJ and a Long Island ice tea. The kitchen was closed but I have tried their seafood platters. I love this place. An older crowd and no riff raff. I’ve moved closer and that makes it better....
