Wendy's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ran by slum owners for sure. Went there today and I spent the totally of an hour in the drive thru. Don't ask me how but an hour!!!!! Ordering the food was already annoying because they are always out of something here. Today it was no sprite. Ok np I ordered another drink no big deal. Get to the window to pick up my food and drinks. Drinks came out first, no ice. The temperature today is 111°. Ok i ask for a manager to cancel my order and go about my day. It took a good 6 minutes for the manager to arrive. He was nice and explained the air is down in the restaurant and he informed his superior manager but they wanted to keep the restaurant operational. So the air being off is over working the ice machines. I felt bad and let my order get remade. Take my food and check it, I then notice all of my burgers were wrong. I go inside and request a manager for refund. Getting a refund took 15 to 20 mins alone and my card had to go into the back with the manager. I was then told there was no refund receipt and id have to wait and see it on my statement within a days. That was annoying because I had a pretty big order and felt uncomfortable with my card out of my sight. Then to make things worse the manager was right. It was no air inside. Keep in mind its 111° outside. I felt really bad for the employees to say the least. Im also happy I didn't eat out of there because the inside was pretty nasty looking. This Wendy's absolutely does not have to worry about me...

I visited Wendy's on October 18, 2025. It was 7:21pm when I pulled into drive thru. Only 1 vehicle in front of me. My receipts state that my order was placed at 7:29pm. I ordered the $5 value meal with no salt on fries, no ice inside my drink and jr cheeseburger and nuggets made fresh to order. It was salt on my fries, jr cheeseburger and nuggets were cold. I was over charged for my order because I was charged extra for the nuggets, which comes with the meal. I finally got through to a manager via phone about an hour later, he gave me some idiotic reason that it wasn't no salt on the fries because he'd been there all day and there hasn't been no salt on the fries. I told him I wanted a refund and he who said he was the manager said that his manager will be back tomorrow. I told him that I would come on Monday. Since Monday, I keep calling to speak to the real manager but nobody answers the phone. This is so beyond trifling. So now I must take a trip there which is about 20 minutes away to try to get my refund back or just let the whole situation go and never go back to this Wendy's location. To all customers beware of this Wendy's location on Cottman Avenue. It's trifling! It seems like there's nobody held accountable. It seems like there are no strong leadership or proper management. It's just seemed like they have a bunch of clowns...

If you order via the drive through app expect that the staff will get confused. We ordered three combos and not only did they not find our order in the system we got some else's order first. We let them know and they all the staff disappeared. When they came back they asked more than five times what we ordered and gave us two of three of our drinks. Then after another 10 min wait we got a bag of food. We were so frustrated with a crying 2 year old in the back seat we noticed her juice was missing. When we asked for it they said no you didn't get a kids meal which we said we know but we ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget combo with a kids juice pack for the drink of choice. After they insisted that we didn't order that they checked the receipt and said no you didn't order juice pack wait here's the juice pack paid, I'm sorry. And once we got home and opened the back instead of a Dave's single with bacon we got a bacon Jr sandwich, and two classic chicken sandwiches which had lettuce tomato Half and onion each and over 7 pickles with a slight spread of Mayo. The nuggets were thrown into another bad upside down as well as our three fries so we had to fish them out from the paper bag. Overall a horrible experience. We waited on the drive thru like for order to pick up for over 30 mins to not get what...
