Yummy Sushi — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I literally just walked out in anger because the service here is abysmal. I came today for lunch with a colleague. Arrived at 12:20. Waited 25 minutes before anyone took drink orders. We literally had to stop our server, who was very dismissive, so we could order. The first salad she brought out had a bug in it, she took that back then brought out another (I Hope). While we waited for our food, we witnessed at least 4 parties who came in after we did get seated, get drinks, and food while we were still waiting on our order. We waited another 20 minutes for our food, mind you the server walked past our table like we weren’t even sitting there. We then decided to take our orders to go because we had to get back to work and we already waited too long. We waited in line at the register, we saw our server who clearly saw us standing in line but went about tending her other tables like we didn’t exist. We finally got to the cashier where my friend asked to have our orders wrapped up for take out. By this time our server made her way to the register and said that she would check to see how much longer we had to wait. My friend and I were extremely put off by this. My friend then asked if we could speak to a manager or someone in charge and the lady at the cash register told us the manager wasn’t there and that she couldn’t speak English, and the server assigned to our table just laughed. At that very moment, my anger intensified and all I could do was walk out. I find it unsettling how your establishment and many others find it acceptable to treat their patrons in this manner. This was a blatant disrespect for us as potential customers and a blatant disrespect of our time. I’ve heard great things about this place, unfortunately I won’t ever give this place a second chance. The food was good and the place is cute inside. However, we were the only people inside and we soon found out why. Their cheesesteak restaurant nextdoor neighbor BLASTS club music during dinner hours. The restaurant owners should file a noise complaint with the city every day until it's fixed. If the landlord of this place is looking at these reviews read this: If I were you I'd make sure that cheesesteak place turned down their music. They are doing well, yes, but at the expense of this sushi restaurant. I had a terrible time sitting there getting blasted with heavy base from next door. I got the soft shell crab roll and the spicy yellow tail roll. The soft shell crab roll was $9 for 5 (poorly rolled) pieces so I expected it to taste pretty good. I took a bite and the only way I can describe the taste is bad. It just tasted bad. The spicy yellow tail was delish and reasonably priced, but I can't get over that soft shell crab.
