Omgoodness i completely forgot to call and speak to the manager about this until now. I ordered my food go to the window the girl tells me how much I hand her my EBT card. She takes it swipes it several times and then comes back to the window smiling and says it's not working do you want to try it and I'm like what she's like do you want to try to swipe it it's not working so I say well okay so I try swiping it and it just says card read error or something along those lines so then she has me go back and then she does something on her register and then try it again and now it says payment not accepted so I asked her do you guys take EBT and she's just still smiling at me saying oh I don't know. She said it's not working. So I tell her is it not working or do you not take EBT and says oh um no. she said oh okay you don't have another card and I said no that's the card I have you guys take EBT so it's not my fault that you can't figure out how to run my card. I ask to speak to the mngr. There was no manager just her and the guy cooking. Still staring at me smiling, I said what do I do now I'm still hungry and then she said oh sorry. Like really what options do you give me. I ended up paying cash actually only offering her 3/4 of the amount due for the inconvenience and she didn't budge she went hard on her straight smiley face. Read moreI'm sorry to say to my disadvantage that I was waiting in the drive-through for 15 minutes for 2 hamburgers and an order fries, I asked them to cook my fries lightly when I got them they looked half empty so I told the boy that was at the window something and he said that's the way they come. Read moreVisited this location today there were no orders on the screen. The cashier DID NOT greet me nor did she know how to ring up my coupon. She wasn’t wearing a name badge but she had red hair, hoop earrings and tribal tattoos on her forearms. She fumbled with the POS until finally asking the manager how to ring up the coupon. While trying to bag my order the cook said one Lg fry on Sm fry and she replied only on Sm fry. Until I said yes it’s one Lg and one Sm fry. She then proceeded to help drive thru. The manager finished bagging my order but ALSO forgot my Lg fry. I’m not to sure if these people just don’t care or have a learning disability. But it’s not very hard to read the screen one foot in front of your face. The cook made on of my burgers wrong and had to remake it. Leaving one big Carl on the heated waiting area. So it probably was served to someone else or wasted. These employees had a really hard time today and I cant image they were overwhelmed with how busy it was since I was the only order on the screen. This has to be a franchise because of it were a corp. location the ability to exceed would be met. If I was a secret shopper then they would have bombed it. Definitely need more training...
