Haley messed up my order. When I called the store, she said oh well just come back and get a new one. Very rude if you ask me, especially someone who is at work and only had a 30 minute lunch. I call the 1 800 customer service number and I am waiting for 30 minutes, they hung up after the first 16 minutes so I had to recall. Then the lady on the phone wanted to be really rude and interrupt me while I was talking to her about my situation. I took a Werner shuttle to grab dinner. As i was waiting for my ride two employees walked in stood by the resgister. One women was messing with her shoe the other squatted down while the other brushed her hair leaving hair assessories and brush on table. They walked behind counter and started working. Didnt wash hands. After seeing this i threw my food in the trash.17.00 wasted. Hair and food just dont mix. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible place! Mainly because of the cashier Haylie V. She was so disrespectful from when I started placing my order through the drive through. My 3 year old asked for something and messed up what she wanted. So when I changed it Haylie V. Got so upset and breathed heavily saying "now I will have to start all over" my 3 year old was asking if she was OK because she heard the frustration in her voice.
