After working for Jack in the Box as a General Manager for 20+ years, I found this location to be a convenient option for my breakfast needs as I attended a school down the street on 51st avenue.
The 1st day was not a great experience, they totally messed up my Jumbo Jack with Cheese, No Buttery Sauce, Light Lettuce, No Tomato, No Ketchup, Extra Pickles cooked fresh on the 5-minute timer - they originally cooked it under the press - which made the meat dry, burnt and tasteless.
Now, since they know me and just how I like my Jumbo Jack, Maite, the grill employee drops a fresh patty as soon as she sees me walk in and makes my sandwich day after day with perfection. The manager, Jannette, is super friendly, kind and always welcoming to me with a loud Hi Good Morning Alejandro. Amenia has a wonderful welcoming smile that just makes guests keep coming back time after time - super friendly.
My only negative is that I asked about what happened to the front window that's shattered and the male employee with the bleached hair was kinda rude to me with his reply 'I don't know, what happened to it, do you?' He knows I worked at JIB for 20+ years, I was asking out of concern for the safety of the employees, but he seemed to offended that I asked.
There's a maintenance / fryer male employee that is super friendly and helpful, forgot to ask him his name... Also, a young female employee, I think her name is Jasmine, is super nice, helpful and always smiles... There are many others that greet me on a daily basis who are just so pleasant, helpful and genuinely welcoming at 5am when they see me at the door.
I wish all the Jack in the Box's were so nice, professional and pleasant. So a big THANK YOU to Janette and her team. You and your team continue 'Exceed Every Guests Expectations' day after day... Please ensure everyone sees this review, I know my order is special, but it means the world to me that I can get a fresh sandwich every time when I arrive at this JIB. Read moreBeen here several times in the last six weeks or so. Each time was a poor experience. Not once did we hear 'thank you'. The cashier looked as if we were bothering him or wishing he was elsewhere. Only once did we get napkins. Our last experience here, was just that, our last experience here. After pouring my self serve Sprite, I noticed dark 'floaties' in my drink. So, I poured it out. After looking in my cup and seeing them gone, I tried again. This time the vend sprayed awkwardly as if out of product. I saw no floaters and upon tasting it, I realized I was right. After pouring it out a second time I approached the counter to ask if they could fill my drink back there and explained the situation. A female employee took my cup and dispensed my drink and walked back to her station at the fryer and began working again, without returning my drink. I was confused and asked for it. She huffed and said "maybe you shouldn't be so picky"!! I was stunned. The customer next to me was shocked! We were planning on dining in but left instead. Forever.

Read moreWas my first time going to this location and I had a really bad experience, I ordered a Club Salad when I got home I noticed it didn’t have all the ingredients it was supposed to have, not only that the cherry tomatoes where spoiled and the lettuce was not fresh, it was missing the cucumbers and red onion, when I went back to return it I told the cashier this is not what I was expecting for a club salad since I’ve ordered this before in other locations, cashier proceeded to argue with me by telling me this line “Are you telling me we don’t know how to do our job?” When that never came out my lips, just told her what the salad was missing and she again stated that they followed the recipe for their location, so she’s practically stating is alright to serve spoiled food to customers because like I told her it was not just missing ingredients the tomatoes and lettuce where spoiled, I just went ahead and told her I was not there to argue and wanted a refund, I did get a refund but the experience was just awful, I will never ever set foot on this...
