Recently had a horrible experience. Thursday evening ordered 2 pork bakers with tanglers in which were requested to be on the side. Total was rang up as $23.24 when it is usually under $20 however was charged for 2side orders of tanglers and on top of potatoe with tanglers so I was also charged for a potato with tanglers that had no tanglers lol. So then to get home and dig into the potatoes to find that they were brown as if they were old and under cooked. This time I called the store because literally the week before I ordered the same potatoe and it was undercooked and hard. I thought it was a flook because I have always gotten good food from Dickies. After calling the person on the phone stated that others had complained about the same thing and that they were willing to replace the order. 2 days later I get the order replaced and now the potatoes are brown and ooky on the inside and the staff appeared to be upset that the potatoes were going to be free. Well after getting home and seeing that I think that I will take a break from Dickies and if I go back for another Baker I definitely want to see the potato as soon as they cut it before they put anything on it. The potatoes cost too much to be less then edible. I hope they correct the issues with this because prior to this experience I have never had an issue with Dickies that's why it so disappointing. I also understand that things happen so it is my hope it gets corrected soon because I really do not want to stop eating here but I am not willing to continue purchasing these bakers in this condition. The "manager" who goes by the name of Chad (and is shown in a photo below from a previous complaint) expressed extreme dissatisfaction of his job and boy did everyone in the restaurant feel his negative energy. Upon coming to the counter to pick-up an online order I was greeted with attitude and a snappy response about Door Dash having issues and his inability to get a hold of someone on the phone. When I told him the order has been sent and paid for and asked for him to please verbally take and prepare the order I had on my Door Dash app, he became agitated and expressed his irritation at my request. He made me feel bad for even being there!!! He repeatedly slammed items around in the kitchen while preparing food, and banged his knife ridiculously loud while chopping meat. He was very rude when telling people they were out of certain items such as pulled pork, chicken, and sausage, and in fact, he ran away customers with his attitude. I felt very uncomfortable in there while waiting for a pick up order to be made and I was not the only one. I have never felt so unwelcome and stressed in a restaurant in my life! I feel sorry for his co-worker who obviously has to take the brunt of his horrible attitude and poor work ethic. She was quite kind though and tried hard to be nice and provide good customer service. It bewilders me that this guy could even be considered a manager.

Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. Very disappointed in my experience at Dickies tonight. We placed an order online to be picked up 30 minutes later and we received a call saying the order was ready. We picked it up and upon looking over the order we saw that they didn't give us turkey and instead subbed it for chicken. Nobody told us this on the phone, asked what we would like to do, they just subbed it. Upon looking at the container, there was half a container worth of chicken. For a 3 MEAT PLATE. 7 small slices of chicken. We also ordered an additional 1/2 lb of chicken and it was less than half of what was in our 3 meat plate. I took it up to the register and asked what I was looking at because I honestly thought they forgot some of the order, but no I was informed that they jist decided to sub it and apparently that was 3 meat portion size, I showed them the other 3 meat plate we ordered with beef on it and asked if they really thought that was the same and the cashier just shrugged and didn't say anything else to me. I needed to get home so we just took the food and left, so soon as that happened I knew I wouldn't be back. Upon getting home and actually opening up all the containers, the sauce they charged extra for we didn't even get and the sauce they did give us was barely half way full. This is ridiculous, I work in food service as a manager and I would be embarrassed to handle the situation this way and to feed this to my paying customers.
