Good food and glad they opened up closer to North Phoenix. Was really excited to pick up some things to try out. The garlic chicken is very very very close to how I remember growing up in Hawaii as a kid, grabbing the breakfast special with 3 piece garlic chicken. This was a staple item at a lot of local places. I do miss the local style garlic chicken, super crispy and super garlic oil flavored. The galbi was some of the best we’ve ever had perfectly charred with a sauce that balanced sweetness just right. Even my girlfriend, who usually isn’t a fan of cake, loved the guava cake!
We’ll definitely be back before our trip is over, and next time we’re trying...
