Ordered a large ham & cheese w/ double ham. Young lady made it correctly but they do not offer a choice of what kind of cheese ya want. They do not toast them either. = ( This is the second time I have been there. This time the sandwich was made correctly & it was good. = ) Last time when they first opened...... ordered the same - large ham & cheese w/double ham. They were super busy, a million people, so I didn’t see them make it. Got home and found approx 1/3 of the bread had nothing on it. Not kidding !!! I think only 5 r 6 thin ham slices. Bare spots 1/3 of the sandwich. I paid $17 something for this. Double ham ? Ha ! Gave them a 1 star review. The manager messaged me that they don’t do double meats but gave me empty apologizes & a code to get something free. This offer was not accepted. What a bunch of $&@%. VERY reluctant to go back here again but the nearby subway closed. This time they did a better job. = ) Choice of cheese & choice of having it toasted wd get them more stars & more customers returning. Managers, did you hear that ? ——————* A L S O *—————— It would be nice if this company listed on it’s site that this location was CLOSED FOR REMODELING !!! At least ur paying customers would know............ instead of driving in *114 afternoons to get here and then find out the place is closed for remodeling. That’s Monday 17 of August 2020. Additional information added to this location site would be soooo helpful. Also a recording on the location phone to remind ur paying customers that it is closed for remodeling would be a plus !!! ...... instead of having the phone number out of service. About a year ago I used to eat here at least twice a week since My husband and I both work in the plaza. I noticed the cleanliness going down hill and staff members becoming rude & careless. I found a hair in my sub... ew. Then I witnessed a mess in the shared hallway outside the back door which included open boxes of dough and other foods spilling out. My husband slipped & fell in the puddle that formed from the boxes. A staff member saw and I told them to clean it up because it's dangerous. They didn't even offer an apology. I was disgusted at the mess I saw in the hall and through the door so I stopped eating there. Tonight when I got off of work I saw different staff members, and it's been a year so I decided to give them another chance. Nope... the staff did not seem happy to have a customer at 8:40pm even though they close at 10pm. They seemed to have already cleaned up and they were using plastic forks to prepare my sandwiches. But what put me off the MOST was the fact that they were not changing out their gloves! They were handling money, touching the register and everything and then preparing sandwiches with THE SAME GLOVES. SO GROSS! C'mon this is basic sanitation....

Well I used be a regular customer of Subway until they started skimping on the meat. Switched to Jersey Mikes about 2 years ago. Sandwiches were good in the beginning but have gone down hill. Never know how much or how little meat will be on the sandwich. Went there yesterday with a couple of coworkers. One ordered a #9 in a wrap, I ordered a #9 on white and one on wheat. The guy making the sandwiches ended up making mine as 1 #9 wrap and 1 #9 on wheat. I that I ordered 2 #9, 1 on white, 1 on wheat. He cut the white bread, pulled the meat off the wrap and put it on the white bread. When it came time for the condiments, I noticed that there was no roast beef on the sandwich. I mentioned that to him and he put 3 tiny pieces of roast beef on it. I suppose he may have heard me better if the earbud wasn't in his ear. As we were leaving, one of my coworkers asked if I saw the earbud drop out of his ear onto somebody's bread who was behind us. He picked up the bud and continued making the guys sandwich. Not sure what to make of this place anymore. Seems like all of the good help has left. Going to have to...
