Went there twice this week, the employees have very bad sanitation practices, they touch their faces, hair and other devices and then will touch our cup lids and food without gloves or washing hands before, the store manager copped an attitude when I inquired about it, and I wasn’t rude when asking! Called corporate and the district manager calls me back and says that it will be changed and absolutely NOTHING has been done! They do whatever they want I. The stores and their all in on it, so nobody cares if they are or are not handling our food and drink items properly. Attitude of the managers are .. well if you don’t like it just go to another store location. I did and they too don’t follow the rules and don’t use gloves, touch cup lids where our mouths go, especially in COVID world and touch other stuff and then our food and drinks... I then proceeded to ask to use the restroom. The young at the Register refuse to open the restroom and until I purchase something. After I had just explained my phone had died. I don't look vagrant. I made a purchase and she then told me here the code. There was one other person in the restaurant at the time. Completely empty. I would corporate to reach out me and let me know what's policy. I am a very unhappy customer, who's never had this experience at this location ever. I always come to this location because I stay in the neighborhood and I love you guys coffee. Last time I waited for 10 minutes for a drink the app said was ready, i asked the barista about it and got attitude "WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO IT YET!" I asked why the app told me it was ready and one of the other barista offered to make my drink but it was so needlessly rude, i didn't end up getting my drink for another 25 minutes.
