Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Phoenix

I can’t rate the food bc I didn’t order. The location was absolutely empty at 4:10pm on 10/14/24…I walked in to 3 employees doing separate things. I was told to hold on stood there waiting, no other food being prepared while one employee with very long hair handled the food he was prepping with no gloves. I’d say I waited at least 5 minutes. One employee asked him to “do him a favor and take her order” to which he said “gimme a sec”…this was 5 minutes in. When he finally walked to the register he didn’t acknowledge the wait or anything…just “what can I get you” …ummm absolutely nothing. Jimmy, is everybody alright bc what??? Since when is this the experience at Jimmy John’s? 🤣🤣 I’ve been to jimmy John’s while it was actually busy and happily waited bc it was very obvious that the employees were working towards a common goal for the customer. Please help this...

If I could give this place a less than 1 star rating I would. Freakishly fast my ass! Maybe for frozen molasses! Usually I'm a fan of JJs... Not ever again. Clearly management needs training on how to run the place and customer service is non-existant. Almost two hours after ordering two sandwiches they decide to show up...so ridiculous. Not only that the manager did not even try to come and say or even make me feel better about having placed the order there in the first place it is exactly this kind of treatment that makes me go to Subway twice. In fact QT has great sandwiches for under $3 and never any of this drama. So save your money and go anywhere but here they don't know what customer service is and they're very wasteful. After showing up almost two hours late they took the sandwiches back just to have them...

Ordered on the app for pickup. I get there and after couple mins I ask if it was ready, the older black gentleman putting the pickup orders together never even looked at me and just said no. He was also very unorganized, slamming sandwich around, seemed like he didn't know what went where.

About another 5 minutes goes by he asks me what my order was and I told him and he turned around to grab it because he set it back behind himself right when I got there (because I saw him) and said yeah it's ready. I said I asked you if it was ready and you told me no.

He dismissively said yeah have a nice day, you know that rude tone I'm talking about. I straight up told them I was leaving a bad review, cause y'all need to hire someone who has it together. Matching sandwiches to orders can't be...
