Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the worst experiences I've ever had. I ordered a customized coffee for $4.94 & was later told that they didn't have one of the main ingredients. They asked if I'd like another drink & I asked for the Oleato Shaken express which costs $7.45. They insisted I pay the difference, instead of apologizing and offering to cover the drink, which was fine. But then I was told that the balance due was $4.02. When I explained that the difference should have been only $2.51, one of the girls said yes but your drink had tax and we don't do the math here the computer does it. When I asked why couldn't I just get the drink for free as an exchange, the lady says "it doesn't work that way".
I think it's pretty unfortunate the one, they were unapologetic & not kind at all & that they can't do simple math. There were several people waiting, and $4 is worth the cost to make people wait for an extended period & not just do a simple exchange?
Out of all the employees, only one had a smile on her face that worked the drive through-the rest looked pretty miserable. They all have a pretty nice job-they shouldn't take their frustration out on customers. Will not be a repeat customer, the one on 7th & Osborn is way more efficient & the employees...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt normally write reviews for Starbucksābecause, letās be honest, thereās one on every corner (except for that very questionable one in Shawnee, OK⦠you know who you are). But this location? This one deserves a moment in the spotlight.
The Starbucks at Central & Earll has quickly become my go-to favorite. Itās clean, bright, modern without feeling cold, and genuinely cozy in that āI could sit here for hours and rethink my entire life over a latteā kind of way. The vibe is hip without trying too hardānatural light pouring in, local art vibes on the walls, and just enough distance between tables to pretend youāre working on your novel while eavesdropping on a first date.
The staff? Super friendly. Like, remember-your-name, ask-how-your-day-was friendly. Orders are (almost) always spot-on, and if theyāre not, theyāll fix it with zero drama and a smile. We love an efficient queen.
Whether Iām running in for a quick cold brew or camping out with my laptop and headphones, this place hits the mark every single time. And yes, I took photos, because aesthetic matters, and this cafĆ© has it down.
10/10, will return. Probably tomorrow. And the...
