This location was certainly different from all other locations I've been to. There was no front counter or counter staff. Simply the ordering kiosks and one "Pay Here" kiosk. The spot where there was once a person standing to greet customers and take orders had a boxed thing around it and there was nobody there to assist customers. I ordered in the drive thru but I keep my card locked and due to the area I had no service on my phone so it took a long time to be able to unlock my debit card. Not wanting to hold up the drive thru line, I told the cashier I'd go ahead and park and come inside to pay for and pick up my order. He said that was fine. He was very nice. Once I got inside, it took me a while to get my card unlocked, which really didn't matter because not a single employee bothered to walk up to the front to help any one of the several customers standing there. There was a couple people who were stumped as to where they were supposed to pay. Which is understandable because it was by accident that I even noticed the kiosk to pay. There was no sign telling customers to go to that kiosk to pay. I get the fact that the employees think that it's obvious, but they work there. To all of us who don't spend 40 hours a week there, we may need to be guided or told about this 'no-human-order- placing-and-paying-at-two-entirely- separate-kiosks' thing. And the employees all seemed like they were working hard but it was as if none if them saw any of us customers in the front waiting to order, pay, or pick up our food. After about 10 minutes I was finally acknowledged by a gentleman who asked what I needed, and then he took my card and walked towards the kitchen to run the payment. He returned and handed back my card. Another 10 to 15 minutes went by before anyone came back and asked what I needed. I had placed my order for two items while in the drive thru almost 30 minutes prior. No way it takes that long for 1 plain cheeseburger and 1 regular cheeseburger. The other people in the lobby waited quite long, but I was the only one waiting still after people who ordered after me had came and gone. Not sure what the issue was as I explained I had ordered in the drive thru. But other than the incredibly ridiculous long wait and the lack of acknowledgement by the employees, the store was clean and the food was hot and tasted good when I...
Read moreHorrible service. I was the only one in line at the drive thru and i waited 10 minutes just to place my order, I waited another 5 or so minutes to pay and couldn't get a receipt as the printer wasn't working. As I pull up to the next window I waited yet again until finally someone came with the bag of food and told me to pull around and wait for the drinks. I told them no I'm waiting right here and the employee proceeded to argue with me that I wouldn't get my drinks unless I pulled around. I repeated myself that I was going to wait here and I refused to pull around since I felt I waited long enough. The manager Greesa (not sure on the spelling) came over and argued with me that the reason she needed me to pull around we'd because the fryer was down. I asked what does the fryer have to do with the drinks and she said I need you to pull around because there is a long line. I again said no that I waited long enough and that there were no cars here when I got here and if they did their job they wouldn't be in this situation. I was told again by the manager that I wouldn't get my drinks unless I pulled around and the drinks will be right out, mind you in the amount of time both the manager and employee argued with me someone could have gotten me the 3 drinks. So I gave in and pulled around. That's when I noticed I was missing half my order. Yet waiting once again the employees started coming out the door with orders (not mine) and asked what I ordered I gave them the order info and they walked on to the next car. I told one of them what I was missing and I finally get my drinks. Another employee comes out and asks if I was missing anything a they noticed I wait waiting for a while and other cars were leaving before I did. I told him what I was missing and 5 minutes later he comes out with the rest of my order and apologizes. I've been coming to this mcdonald's for a while since it's the closest and every time I come my order is wrong or I'm missing items. Due to my awful experience McDonald's lost a customer as I will no longer be going there. If they employ these types of employees and managers I refuse to spend anymore money there. Mcdonald's should be ashamed of hiring employees and managers like this. What typically takes 10 minutes to order and get my food turned into 40 minutes. And my...
Read moreIf I can give this place zero stars, I would. We never go to this location, and this day reminded me why. I have 5 girls and we decided to go inside and let them play. We walked in, ordered our food and sent the girls to the play area. My 2yr old needed to use the restroom. We asked for the code to the door, the employee there said that we would have to wait for the person inside to come out because THEY HAVE THE DOOR KNOB INSIDE THE RESTROOM WITH THEM. YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. THEY REMOVED THE ENTRY DOOR KNOB TO THE WOMENS RESTROOM SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN NOT GO TO THE RESTROOM WITH JUST THE PIN. This is ONLY with the womens restroom. This raised so many red flags for me. I asked, what happens if the person inside has an emergency, because there is NO way for anyone to get in without a door knob. The employee said, "We'll, they're not." We waited and waited and the person inside hadn't come out. My 2yr old was about to urinate on their floor. Finally we resorted to my husband taking her to the men's restroom đ. I asked them how it was even safe to not have a door knob on the women's door, whilst the men had the door knob to theirs. The manager there continued to say it was their policy. Finally, the person from inside the restroom comes out...IT WAS AN EMPLOYEE. she had the DOOR KNOB in her HAND and then put it in her pocket. She must have had to do a number 2. I'm super upset at this point because my 2yr old is in the men's restroom with OTHER MEN aside from her dad. My 2 other daughters needed to use the restroom as well. I was watching tiktok in my phone and the employee that opened the womens door for us with the door knob said "you dont have to hide it, if you want to video me you can". My girls used the restroom that was FILTHY. Worse than a public park restroom on a 4th of July. As I come out I tell her, ain't nobody trying to video her big ssa. We got our food, ate. And left. DO NOT GO HERE. A WOMANS RESTROOM WITH NO DOOR...
