Very good & interesting restaurant providing a tasty, cook your own meat experience, As many reviewers have noted it is not for the "faint of wallet"! Would suggest 4 things to ownership / management
The staff really have that love story down pat but they lack good service and food that matches the price point they charge. Our friend from Thailand ate with us said it didn’t compare, and I agreed it really wasn’t special. The food was good but not worth the price point at all. Our server left and never came back, we had another server replace her. They also include gratuity (22%) for service that does not deserve that. If you want all you can eat Korean bbq, head to an all you can eat Korean bbq restaurant where you get the lowest grade of meat available unless you pay for upgrades. Anyhow, I loved the different marinated meats and would buy bottles of their nam jim if they sold them. With all the protein, veg, soup, and noodles, I left pleasantly full. Staff was fun and relaxed. One tip: parking can be crazy downtown, so I took an Uber there. I’m already...
