Update: The General manager emailed me within 24 hours of my review and complaint on their website. I gave them another try and went through the drive-thru this time. The food was much better and the employees were much friendlier. I'm not sure how much of that is because I have a name and face to associate with their actions, but it was a definite improvement over my curbside experience.

Took more than 15 minutes to get my food on curbside pickup. Manager made excuses for Curbside customers being ignored, they were just too busy, so she added an extra Cane's sauce when she brought my order out and said she already talked to her crew. When I finally got home with my food, I opened it to find out two of my three tenders might as well have been mini-strips. This was my first time at this Raising Cane's and I honestly don't know if I want to give them another chance. You can't tell from what I've said, but she and the person I talked to on the phone when I called to find out where my food was, were full of attitude and acting like I was being unreasonable for expecting them to still take care of Curbside. So so...

Never really go here. However tonight my Ginger’s son wanted it. He just wanted a plain chicken sandwich with frys. Well my husband goes with older son. They all got food. They get home. Everyone’s foods right. Except my younger son. The one that wanted it originally. Well his chicken sandwich wasn’t plain. All of our frys were cold and soggy. Bread was good. I had 2 bites. Chicken was good too. My husband went back to take back our sons chicken sandwich. Long story short. I gave them a 3 star review, because when my husband and older son walked inside to let them know they messed up the order and didn’t make it plain. The worker lady there asked my husband if he wanted to speak to a manager. He answers “no, I just want this to be remade plain like It was suppose to be” he and my son sat and waited for over 20 mins. While others were just being served. Come to find out. They forgot. For this kinda wait then to just have not great customer service. I personally won’t be back! We will go to a different location. If...

Uggh where do I even start about THIS PLACE! The chicken, the main meal that this place serves, disgusting. The chicken is always disgusting. The nuggets are practically more fried dough than actual chicken and the tenders are just disgusting. The fries are also always wet!? It’s not even from grease they’re just like damp all the time and if it was from grease then that’s just too much! And lastly, the godforsaken sauce. If you run a business and it needs to rely on sauce for the food to be good then you’re doing something wrong. People only go here for the sauce. I know people who will die on the hill that canes is good but then when I ask how they like the food without the sauce, they say it’s bad. I get sauce’s whole existence is to compliment and make food better but no food should be that bad to the point where you can ONLY enjoy it with salt. The people who work here are decent, the place is dirty, and in case anyone else is curious, don’t just not go to this Cane’s, don’t go...

These are absolutely delicious chicken fingers that can serve as a substitute for chicken pieces at at fried chicken place. The fries are also great as is the Texas toast. Service is always with a smile and it's apparent that customer satisfaction is very important to management. This particular location is rather new and I believe may be suffering from some growing pains as wait time is a little longer than expected. Given that the food is cooked to order and the food IS actually very good, waiting a few minutes longer is not a bad thing and certainly something that is likely to improve when they get into their groove. Oh, and to the manager "Go Leafs Go!" (he's a Habs fan... ugh!) :)

The food is good and the chicken is definitely better then KFC, but after eating the Caniac, I was on the toilet at least 5 times after. The plates remind me of the ghetto Mom and Pop shops where you could get a full meal for $10. Chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy and tastey. Fries and coleslaw are pretty good too. Sauce seemed like a watered down thousand island dressing. The bread was soft and delicious. I had the lemonade to drink, tasted like a fountain lemonade. Overall it was a great meal, not sure what gave me the poops. The Caniac is enough food to feed 2 people. My total with tax was $11.08 😎
