I am writing this store as an Uber eats delivery driver. I have always had issues with completing orders at raising Cane's and have had to call customer support however the manager one at this store told me that he had spoken with another Uber driver and that driver says that you need to manually verify each step before moving forward. So I opened each part of the order with the customer details and manually verified it and I noticed that there were additional buttons that I did not see with other orders and once I opened each one of those and completed the entire list I was able to see the use Uber pro card button. I had opened these verifying details so many times and have not seen this I think I may have given up. But this time it worked. I was able to get through the first order and then I was able to get through another order and that same night I was able to get through more orders because my delivery route brought me back to the store at least three times. I went in and asked the kid at the counter how many fries are in the sandwich serving he said I donāt know. I showed him my sandwich with my 7 fries and I said does that look right. Again he said āI donāt knowā. I asked if the manager was there. He said āI donāt knowā. Who is running this place now. I have come here every other week since they opened ad every time is worse and worse. 28 dollars for food that is sub par. Also the caniac combo I did not check, but when I got home no extra fries and slaw. Donāt go here, I would rather drive 15 minutes to another canes or go to a different place for strips that can get orders right and where I get what I pay for. Right after them this guys went out and took a picture or our truck and a lady from canes told me my girls stole someoneās else food and run, so i got off and went inside and she told me everything was ok they just got confuse with the orders and thought they stole the food. My Poor 11 year old was crying thinking she did wrong. They need to verify before people take the food from the counter.
