Staff is super, extremely RUDE!! I had my daughter get down of the car to ask for a cup of ice from our water that we had and they refuse to give it to her “with the excuse she needed to buy something” so I gave her my card to pay for the cup of ice and the lady refuse to charge her for it. My daughter only needed ice for her water that was getting worm. So I got down and I ask the lady at the window can you please just charge Whatever you want but I need a cup of ice for my daughters water. She laughed sarcastically and seáis sure. She charged me 2.73 for a cup of ice. ( marshmallow bar) the other employee came out and said did you had marshmallow bar? Obviously I said no because I did not knew that’s what the other lady charge me for. And she responded yes she did and slammed it in the counter. Worst experience ever!!! Definitely that employee is working on the wrong side of town! You usually get that kind of service on the west side south Side. But never on this side of town I was super impressed. Hopefully, you guys do something about it because it was a very uncomfortable situation for my daughter and myself. We were not asking for a free cup of ice we were aware that we might be charged for it but the way she reacted is unbelievable. Never coming back to this location unless she is gone!!! When they say “ hi what can I get you” and you respond “ just one moment please” and a minute later “ what can I get you” again I kindly say “ one moment please” because I am hurrying my 9 year old to make a decision. After probably just 2 minutes at most I ask for a drink before I could move on to the next item he says, sounding very annoyed and rudely “ sure what else” I felt rushed and like I was a bother. I asked if the fruit and cheese bowl was apples and grapes or apricots “ yes it’s apple and grapes” I say “ oh never mind then” I should have been more clear that I didn’t want the fruit and cheese box. I was surprised when he handed it to me at the window. I accepted it and drove off. I was just so taken aback at his attitude and lack of care of customer service I didn’t have the interest in telling him I didn’t order the item and to please refund me and take the food. In addition to that he is wearing a mask which is fine but you cannot see if he is smiling. So I would recommend he change his tone with customers and come off less bothered by doing his job because you cannot read his facial expression so his tone and how he speaks to others speaks volumes. Read moreI came to this Starbucks this morning to grab a Chai. I used the walk up window to order my drink because the drive-thru line was rather long. I ordered my drink with a friendly young lady. The young lady closed the walk-up windows as there were no other customers waiting for their orders to be taken.I waited about 10 minutes after ordering. I figured that they were backed up because of the drive-thru so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I became concerned when customers who ordered 12 mins after I ordered my drink were being served. I asked the young lady in the walk up window if she would cancel my order because it was taking too long. She asked someone else to cancel the order and the gentleman indicated that the drink had been sitting on the counter for a while because he had called it out a couple times. I let him know that the windows were not open so how could I hear the order being called out. I am very disappointed in the service I received today.
