I went in to the Bell and 7th location to get food (near the target. says it is actually on Greenway). Went in and ordered my food. While waiting i noticed there was an employee getting fries and putting them in a try (not the regular fry box but the one they use to add chili and cheese to). The employee then started to handle the fries in the container (touching them with her hands to center them and patting them down with no gloves). I thought that is odd but maybe it is for her own lunch so I watched her. She then went to the prep counter added the toppings and delivered it to the drive through for a customer. I hailed them manager, Miriam was her name, to tell her about my concerns. Told her that her employee is touching customers food. She then told me that her employee was not touching the fries. It told her she was and I watched her do it. She then started to tell me that she could not wear gloves because of the grease hitting the gloves. I told her that does not excuse touching some ones food in the middle of a pandemic. I told her that i understood not wearing gloves to drop the fries in the grease but not when she it handling the food. The manager then walked over to the basket that goes into the oil as to make a point. clearly she was not listening or did not care. I let her know that she was not listening and this is a problem. She said that she has to make sure everyone is safe (referring to the oil again). Told her we are in the middle of a pandemic and she is worried about 1 person but not the 100s or thousands of customers that her employees can be infecting. She said "Well how can I make this right" and not in a polite way. I told her that apparently she can not make it right as someone just left with food that was touched all over and that I will be contacting the corporate office. She then asked again how she can make it right but this time a little nicer. Told her that she can not do anything and i will address it with the corporate office. I spoke with Corporate and the lady i spoke with said she will send it up to the district manager. I will not be eating there at this time. Do not feel comfortable if the manager does not have concern for her...
Read moreThis used to be a wonderful place to visit, and I hope they get their act together and are once again. Everything wrong stems from being understaffed.
The outside has people sleeping in cars, folks making deals in the bicycle racks, and folks drugged out on the curb near the entrance door. There aren't enough staff to let someone go outside and trespass anyone who isn't a customer or employee.
The inside is a mess, to be kind. When we couldn't find a clean table, I pointed out the issue to an employee who grabbed a paper towel and cleaner, then walked out and asked me what table we wanted. He cleaned the one table then went back. We had to dry the table ourselves and all other tables were left dirty. No one ever had the time to pull away from orders to come and clean another table the entire time we were there.
The two soda machines were each missing many flavors because no one could come out and restock the syrup cartridges. Luckily, only a very few flavors were missing from both.
The right (or southern) machine spit orange syrup out on my daughter's white jumper instead of syrup and water into her cup. She notified the staff, who confirmed which machine it was, left, came back with some wet wipes for her white clothing, and confirmed which machine it was again. The entire time we were there no one could break away and put up an Out of Order sign or attempt a repair.
The condiments, utensils, napkins, et cetera area was not recently stocked, nor cleaned. It was the same disaster pictured from when we arrived all the way through to when we left.
The drive through was non-stop busy, and that's great! However, the management and/or ownership needs to decide whether they want to be drive-thru only like Rally's or Sonic or hire enough employees to maintain an interior dining room like Whataburger or In-and-Out. They should never let people inside if they don't have the manpower to...
Read moreSo I really hate to even put this on here to be honest! But the experience I had was so absurd I had to. Honestly speaking this particular location always gets my order wrong ALWAYS! No biggie because I’m very understanding for the most part. They always have attitudes ALWAYS talk to you crazy, no biggie people have bad days . Today was not about them getting my order wrong once again it was more so what happened .I ordered same thing I always ordered. They took my money gave me money back no receipt. But as the guy took my money in one hand I see him put it an another hand . I’m thinking nothing of it . He gives me the money back closes the drawer and still has my money in his other hand as he’s giving me my food. I get my food still no receipt and my food is wrong . Fine I just go to get the right order and ask twice for a receipt one at the window and once at the order screen. When I arrive they tell me they never charged me for the order! Then proceeds to say they deleted the order. As I’m trying to explain that I did there raising there raising there voices. Now mind you that I never accused the guy of pocketing my money I just told them I paid and what exactly happened . As the now lady is telling me what all he has in his pocket never once was she listening to me instead she was raising her voice and accusing me of never being charged. There is something seriously going on and wrong at this location . I usually don’t have bad experiences to this degree of not wanting to revisit a location much less write a review. I am very...
