There are TONS of options on the menu, which can be quite confusing to a newbie in the drive-thru. I got the bigger platter w 2 sides & a drink for under $11. I choose the cheeseburger, nuggets & plain fries. The service was really fast. I was impressed. I had to knock to get their attention to get another drink as mine was flat. Then I had to ask for ketchup & mayo & my sauce for nuggets as it wasn't in the bag. Whn I opened the container to dig in, it was disappointing. The burger was small like a Jr burger,(not what I ordered ), not many fries & only 3 nuggets. The food wasn't bad, just not enough to fill you up. Almost like a kids meal. 😏They cld've added more fries to actually fill the container & if I knew I was only getting 3 nuggets well, that wouldn't hv bn an option. & I'm hoping it was a mix up with my burger because the photos I saw posted showed a much larger burger than what I received. It's a good option esp if you are wanting something to eat after 11pm as they do stay open late which is a plus. I'll try it again & and hopefully, my next experience will be better...

Today is Sunday July 13th about 10pm I stopped by , I go in cause usually quicker anyways I am a local so usually stop 1 sometimes even 3 days a week. Quick easy dinner for my son. The order was wrong which is no big deal as I work in the restaurant industry in this tourist town so I know how things can be but let me just point out the manager she always has on a red visor and a hair up in a ponytail with brown hair I really honestly don't know her name I do know that she speaks some Spanish as I've heard her talk to other employees just trying to give you an idea of who I am speaking about but she is absolutely amazing she is so caring so polite and when there's a problem she will take care of it immediately y'all are so lucky to have her as a team member please pass on my compliment as...

I'm giving this Cook Out location a full five star review. It is the nicest Cook Out location that I've ever been too. Friendly people at the register and a nice, clean, two-story dining area, bigger than any Cook Out I've ever seen. The food was made as requested and it all tastes well. The only odd thing was how they brought the food out to people who were dining in. There was no place at the counter to pick up your food and instead, somebody had to come out of the employee door and bring the food into the restaurant, where they yelled the name from your receipt. Good milkshakes, burgers, fries and even cheesecake. The dining room was nicely open until 11pm, which is nice for night owls like myself.

For a fast food establishment, this place was alright. Lots of space to eat, excellent service, and lots of options to choose from. The prices were very good for what one got. I think by this time on my trip, I was craving some fresh produce and ordered a burger that I thought would include this. Turns out, no produce on it other then grilled onions. The cheddar cheese was not sliced, but a cheese sauce. Not my style, but I can see where others would like it. I did go back another time and tried a milk shake. I would say that is where they shined. I got a fresh watermelon shake for $4. Worth every penny on a hot day.

This was my first time at cookout and I had really high hopes. To be quite honest I was pretty disappointed. The pulled pork sandwich was just not very good and certainly did not have enough Cole slaw. The fries and the hush puppies again, were fine, kinda soggy and nothing to write home about. Probably my favorite part was the Oreo milkshake, the milkshakes did not disappoint. Another plus is the overall price. For $10 it’s really good value especially for late night food. Will try again and see if maybe the burger or something else would be better!
