I called and asked them what time they closed to see if I had time to stop after work. They said 11 pm I got there around 10:15pm. When I arrived there was 5 people waiting to order in front of me and two already had ordered and was waiting on their food. And for some reason each time someone would make it to the screen to order they would be stuck waiting 3-5 minutes before they was able to order I think the employees where trying to waste down the clock untill they closed. Once it was my turn to order it was 10:37 so I had set in line over 20 minutes and me and my wife both decided to get the popcorn shrimp since it takes what 5 minutes to cook frozen popcorn shrimp. And they refused to make it but said they had butterfly shrimp already cooked if we wanted that. So I wasted 25 minutes in line to basically be told they are done working that we take wat is left setting under the heat lamps or nothing. Every reastraunt Ive ever worked at I've been told you seat customers untill closing time and once last customers been servered their food then we could start shutting down the fryers and grills to start cleaning. Not here they shut down an hour before close I guess. I decided to give them another chance last night went 2 hours before close ordered popcorn shrimp again and we got it but roughly 70 didn't have shrimp just crunchy breading and the ones that had shrimp was super tough so no more chances for this one I'll go to...
Read moreUpon entering the store i noticed a non service dog in the dining area, food all over the floors, all the time tables were dirty, and the soda machine was overflowing with ice. We weren't greeted, the cashier left her register in the middle of us ordering our food without a word to us to lock the front door which wasn't working. The restaurant was out of everything!!!! Mashed potatoes, chicken, you name it. There was a line of people waiting on food that wasn't coming. An older couple had placed their order earlier and was still waiting more than 35 minutes later. The sloppy excuse of a manager was sitting at her desk not doing anything and was completely unapologetic as she processed our refund. Meanwhile the restaurant was out of all food, employees were standing around talking on cell phones or to each other not cleaning the Dirty Dining area or trying to get food out. I only noticed two older women actually trying to do any work. And one of those ladies actually came and apologized to me after an altercation between myself and the ignorant cashier. Read moreI had to pick up a Uber eats. The guy at the register, Thomas, was a jerk. Very unprofessional. The police were leaving when I arrived. There was maybe 3 cars in the drive thru and only one person inside the store ordering when I went in. I was not even acknowledged when I went in. The person ordering argued with the employee because he was rude to him from the beginning. When I finally did get waited on the employee was also rude to me. I just said I had a pickup for Uber. It had apparently been picked up already. (I found out later it was because the first driver canceled the order). He remade, because I showed him proof on my phone) it complaining the whole time. Then while making it he went to the doors for the lobby and locked them while his manager told him not to. He proceeded to lock them and she went behind them and unlocked them. As I was leaving when he handed my order to me he said he was going to lock the doors again and followed behind me to lock them. The manger seem fine enough.
