Listen. As a business owner who travels to new places every other month I know how important a genuine review is to every establishment. I read reviews, I honor them and I respect them. I do not leave reviews often BUT this place deserves praise as the food and service was the best we received in our stay here! I am gluten free and the menu is marked for gluten free foods which I greatly appreciate! The bartender Francis was phenomenal! He was personable, made amazing cocktails, has beautiful stories to tell and was all around attentive. The staff as a whole is ON THEIR A GAME! A drink never, and I mean NEVER, set in the window as the servers were ready to deliver it as soon as the ticket was printed. The manager has his shit together and runs a well ran place! Like I said I hardly leave reviews but Francis and the whole staff really made an impression! We need places like this to survive and thrive as there are very few left with great drinks, food and service! I ordered a Bushwhacker and got a white tasteless drink. I tried to send it back ans switch it to a mudslide thinking it would be better because it would be more chocolat and have flavor. Instead I got the same drink with just more vodka added to it so it was watery and still tasteless. I was then told that that was in fact a mudslide and that they didn't make Bushwhackers. So I wasn't even getting what I ordered and the drink was never fixed. I didn't drink it but I was charged and just payed for it. I wasn't being heard by my server when I repeatedly told him the drink had no flavor no taste at all. I didn't want more alcohol in it. I wanted it to have a chocolate flavor. I'm only giving this a 2 because our food came out fast.. but we waited at our table for 10 mins before anyone came up to us. We were just about to leave when a male came to take our order and told him we were just leaving because no one had been to our table. He asked if we had drinks yet and I told him no. He was unable to answer any questions I had about the menu. His reply was "he wasn't sure". Our food came out fast but still no drinks. My husband and I came here to relax and have a few drinks. Needless to say I wanted to get out fast as I was now in a bad mood.
