Placed an order on Uber eats. I needed to change the order, I called Jersey Mike’s and talked to them before my order was even showing in there system, They told me I had the wrong location. Then less than 1 min later Jordan calls me and says it just came through. I said please cancel the order. She said Uber eats has to do cancel it. So I call uber eats. While on hold jersey Mike’s decided to go ahead and make the sandwich that I asked them not to make and send it out the door so that I was not able to get a refund. Poor communication leads to unhappy customers. That’s bad for business. It may not entirely be jersey Mike’s fault, but they knew clearly that I wanted to cancel that order .
But I will give credit where credit is due the manager over there Matthew seems to have gone above and beyond to satisfy my canceled order and get me a refund. So I really appreciate Matthews hard work but it doesn’t change the fact that it was a very frustrating ordeal and poor communication still an issue....
Read moreI adore Jersey Mike's, I have close to 2000 points. But this location is abysmal. They NEVER get my delivery order right, when I drive to correct it they are rude rude rude. Sometimes they even mess the sandwich up as you're standing there ordering it. I drive out of my way to go to another location. For delivery I am forced into this one. I know they read the instructions, bc they get it half right but ignore the rest. Also, they hardly ever cut the sandwiches in half. Save your coins!
Update: another mistake upon delivery. Really irks me you cant change the location in the app for delivery. Jersey Mike's can single handedly thank this location for the plummet of my consumerism of their company. Go over to the 4th Street location for a sub above, bc you won't...
Read moreI placed an order here 2 days ago with special requests for some items on the side and not be placed on the sandwich. I only wanted a sandwich but was charged for a combo. After the sandwich was made, I asked where the side items were, I was told they were on the sandwich and that I did not make that request, however he gave one item in a small cup which was indication enough that my request was made, and the sandwich was not correctly. Purposely or not. I find it insulting that I was told that I lied, and even more so no effort was made to right a wrong. I also tipped and paid in advance and did not get my receipt. I'm not one for sending food back out of my being subjected to retaliation from complaining. I plan on never or visiting will ordering from this...
