Buon Giorno Cafe — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Service: Ordered via Grub Hub. Was given a time to pick up the order and I was even 20 minutes past the time. I arrived and the food was not ready so I had to wait. What is the point of pre-ordering when I have to wait?? Further to this, when asked if my order was not received I was given an excuse about how it might have been cold. Just be honest and tell me you overlooked my order. This is the first time I ordered, and ate, at this place and it did not leave a good impression.

This used to be a good place. They have very poor customer service. I ordered through Grubhub and when I went to pick up my latte, Buon Giorno told me their latte machine was broken and when i tried to get a reimbursement from Grubhub, they told Grubhub their machine was working fine, told me to come back in an hour for a latte, and wouldn’t allow for the reimbursement. Underwhelmed by the pasta. The online menu says pay $2.75 for breakfast pastries and choose at pickup. I went to only find cookies and muffins. Not what I had in mind.
