I don't even know where to begin. Dining room closed at noon on Sunday Drive thru employee asked us to repeat our order numerous times. We couldn't hear her at all. Upon arriving to the window, she had a mask over her chin? It was muffling her voice but even more so, what's the purpose if you're wearing it under your chin? She wasn't very friendly at all When she handed us our two bags, we asked if there was enough sauce for 20 nuggets, and we asked for ketchup (we ordered 4 large fries). SHE ROLLED HER EYES, didn't say a word, just shut the window and walked away. She came back and handed us some sauce and ketchup. One fry was missing in our order. We sat at the window waiting for her to come back so we could let her know. When we did, she again didn't say a word, just walked away. A gentleman, who we assume was a manager, came up to the window and treated us like we were criminals trying to steal fries. I tried to hand them the receipt and our bags of food to show them what we received but he continued to try to convince us that we were missing a medium fry, not a large. At that point, we didn't care anymore, just give us a try so we can leave and everyone gets their food. When he came back to the window, he handed a bag out and shut the window. He didn't say one word... no apologies, no have a nice day... nothing. Just shut the window and walked away. This location is the most unpleasant and unprofessional location I've ever been to. We definitely won't be back and I hope the owner realizes what's happening in his/her restaurant and makes changes before it's too late.

Read moreIt is likely the "labor shortage" but my recent experience at this Wendy's was abysmal. The wait was extremly long with no communication from the except for a "please wait" followed by nothing except inside chatter as the line continued to grow behind me and the cars ahead of me slowly being serviced until there was nothing ahead and finally the drive thru attendant came on. At this point in the wait easily 5 cars that were in line had driven by puzzled as to why the wait was so obsenely long but I placed my order with repeated attempts to clarify just a simple order or a sandwich and fries with a few modifications. I had already assumed they will likely botch the other. I get to the window and pay with no apology nor explanation as to the sit down restaurant long wait and after placing my order, yet another un fast food level wait followed and when I was finally handed my food, the person who took the order and payment couldn't even remember the basics of what was ordered and had to be told by a woman inside. Surprisingly the order mostly correct except he apparently didn't hear one of my requests. Good thing I don't have any allergies and the fries definitely weren't "hot" and crispy. If this is the level of competence and care free attitude of service is that I can expect, I can't imagine going back to this Wendy's anytime soon. Read moreSadly I had to change my review to a negative one. Over the last year this location has declined in their service. They've gotten my order wrong, or bypassed my order over others, or it's been very late, or they say they'll remake it and yet they don't. The food itself has always been great. But the service has gone down a lot over the last year. Recently I went to the drive thru and placed an order. I was not informed when I placed my order for a frosty that the flavor was out (yet the guy in front of me clearly had one handed to him). When I got to the window to pick up I was handed a bag that was not my order (I don't get a bun on my burgers yet the bag had TWO regular hamburgers in it). When I told the people inside that it wasn't mine they repeated the order back and said that it was. I had to physically show them the hamburgers inside to prove to them it wasn't mine. Then I was told to pull up and someone would bring my order out. I waited over 3 minutes (which is long for Drive Thru time). No one came..I went inside and told the cashier only to find out no one even started on my order. When I finally got it, my drink had no ice and no straw, the frosty replacement flavor had nospoon, and the whole order had no napkins. For an order that should have been done thru the drive thru, I expected to have it all there and not have to double (or triple) guess that items needed to actually eat my meal would not...
