These people don't care at all! I order lunch for my family on the way home from vacation. The food was decent but drinks were flat and no napkins. When I asked for some at yhe counter, I was given 7 for a family of 5...

We finished our meal and then the highlight is akways frosty tags after for dessert. We promised the kids. We walk up amd are told they only work with a purchase. Hello duh! We just ate lunch here you moron... The idiotic manager with glasses proceeds to pull out a frosty tag and read me my rights and asks me if I want to purchase something more to redeem them. Thanks for ruining my kids highlight. We have never had this problem at any other Wendys and have been dozens in many states...

These people need training in customer service and manners! Especially the snarky manager with glasses here... You ruined the highlight for coming to Wendys... Will make sure to aboid this location...

Horrible service, I've been there 5 times in 3 months and not once have i had a good experience, they'll ignore you, have attitude, and get your order wrong, stale buns, cold burgers, cold fries, save your money and time and go somewhere else. *EDIT after over a year, been here more than a few times since, the only thing to change is the staff, one time when I came in the day after to get my order corrected (called the day of when I noticed) got told by the woman at the window I was wrong, she was working the day before and she "KNOWS" that order was made right.....haven't been here since, if you're a trucker and desperate for food go for it, otherwise don't bother pulling up 20 minutes until close, they'll tell you their closed unless you call them out and then have an attitude...

Night shift really don't care here, beware. I placed my order on the app, paid for it, walked from my truck to the dining room and sat down patiently. My order was the only order on the screen in the progress mode. Very simple order too, 10pc Nuggets, fries, and bb pom lemonade. Two separate customers enter the dinner room minutes after me, order and join me waiting. Instead of getting my meal in A TIMELY MANNER, the two other customers that came after me got their meals and left... while I was STILL WAITING. THEY DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEGE MY ORDER TILL I CAME UP TO THE COUNTER TO ASK WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG ONLY TO BE TOLD IT WILL BE UP IN A FEW...
