Our bartender was very unpleasant and felt like he was ignoring us that entire time. We were there for two hours and he spoke to us three times once to get an our order once to get a refill and once to give me my check. I don’t understand how this was possible as we were sitting at the end where he delivers all of his servers their drink orders. Yes, we were at the end towards the right, where all of the servers are after work to pick .delivers all of his servers, their drink orders. Instead of attempting to fix it he blamed us for ordering them wrong. I’m not they are 3 to 4 times a week and I definitely know what I ordered. I just couldn’t believe the service there. To top it all off a fruit fly, or some type of fly, found its way into my beer when I found out about it I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get it to his attention, I asked for another beer 10 minutes later I still haven’t had another beer. I asked HEY can I get another beer now? He finally got me my beer that was 30 minutes total. To top it off on the beer situation she didn’t even apologize or seem to care didn’t even look into the beer. I have pictures that will go on the other review sites and if I did take pictures he would definitely deny it. He did not have to apologize, but it would be nice and quick customer service just to apologize. No that was only my second beer in 30 minutes. Very disappointed. this was my favorite buffalo wild wings. I definitely know what day is not to come now . I just can’t comprehend how I was there for two hours and he didn’t ask to refill my beer or to refill my front sprite. My friend had two sprites in two hours. I had one water in two hours very very disappointed at this visit and if I didn’t know, they’re were better bartenders there on my usual days that I’m there I would not come back. To top it all off it was Monday night and there was legit six people total at the bar. Unbelievable! The receipt said his name was Gage if I ever see him at the bar, I would not sit there again, and instead would have to take a table. Read moreThis place has gone down hill majorly in the past year. We've went here for my buddy's birthday the past three years and I guess maybe now we'll just have to switch it up next time around. It's always been a little bit pricey, but the quality and atmosphere 100% made up for that. We were so disappointed with our last experience, even Applebee's looks better by comparison. The food was decent, extremely salty, but still decent. They somehow forgot all of our sauces and we had to make sure we got those. After we got them, they were only a little over half full. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe theyre just having a sauce shortage or something we don't know about behind the scenes- whatever that's fine. There's plenty more that can make up for it. The appetizers are nice, but all the portion sizes are insane compared to what you'd think to expect. Nearly 10 dollars for a tiny little tray of 5 mozzarella sticks is absolutely robbery to me, I'm sorry. Cheese curds are not any better with it. We all ordered mixed drinks- I'm going to say it right now, these were some of the worst mixed drinks I have ever tasted. A strawberry margarita should not make you gag from how awful it tastes. I've never had that happen before lmao. We all tried eachothers drinks and they were all on their own level of bad. I would be less bitter about it, but it was almost a 10 dollar drink as well.
The service there is usual fantastic, who we got was just alright. Didn't really seem to put as much care into our experience as usual, but that's fine. Last year they sang to my buddy as it was his birthday and this is the place he chooses because he used to love it so much. This time around when we asked if they could do something special for him, the guy said "we don't do birthdays here"...? Maybe you'd have me fooled if we hadn't gotten it the prior two years, but maybe something's changed within the company, I really don't know. Not even that singing is a necessary thing, but they just didn't even acknowledge it. It already wasn't the best birthday for it, but this was the nail in the coffin for me though.
We're not coming back lmao. There are far superior or equal business that value their paying customers the way they deserve...
Read moreI called to voice my concerns and was talked down upon for doing so and was hung up on last night when asking for the name of who I was speaking with. First off he accused me of not knowing what location I had ordered from saying he couldn’t find me in the system and then after arguing with me he did in fact find my order. At the end of our call (not by choice end) I said what is your name and he laughed and said thank you have a nice day and hung up. I was also made to feel that I was inconveniencing the employee I was talking to by even wanting to give constructive criticism and was asked what do you want me to do about it. I said I come to this location often and the sit in the bar and the bartenders are always top notch on top of it service so I just wanted to express my concern at having an experience that was different from my norm so you guys could make improvements moving forward. He also told me the reason my ranch cup wasn’t even half full is due to cutting corners and saving money, something that I as the customer shouldn’t have to hear about because I CHOSE to spend my hard earned money with them. When I could have gotten food from anywhere. Their business side of things shouldn’t be placed on the customer. I have spent several thousand dollars at this specific location because it’s closest to my home and I enjoy and appreciate our regular bartenders customer service so so much. I will never come here again after this horrible experience and I’m disgusted that I spent $50+ here supporting this location and that employee. Disrespectful and unprofessional behavior all around and to the people keeping you in business during these times, your “valued” customer.
