This place is bitter sweet to me. I'll start with the negative and end with positive. I am a flight attendant so I am not from the area and sometimes I may be needy as I am unsure where is located and what this area allows. I had ordered food through door dash and no dessert was available. With knowing door dash screws up often I called the establishment to see if they had desserts which they said yes! I asked if I could order dessert with them and have them add to my order as I would provide card..she said yes. I called back once I was sure what I wanted ....no answer finally when I got a hold of someone she said I could not order and was very rude. I've worked in customer service and still do and there are better ways to handle situations rather than she did. Anywho that experience has not prevented me from ordering as everyone has their "off" days and maybe on that annoying customer. With that said ...best food ive ever had! So delicious and precisely flavored...I love that ita fresh veggies and meat as i can tell. This food give you true asian flavors and richness to each dish. Wish I could have tried the fried banana dessert but that is fine. I am addicted to this food but will try to refrain from ordering from here as I feel I am a nuisance. Anywho try the food it is to die for and if you happen to have a rude experience with a "person" then just disregard that and realize it could be just a stressful day and dont take...

the server that was helping us, do not know her name but she was fairly young with short boy cut hair, was absolutely rude, we tried asking her question and her response was full or attitude stating we don’t carry nothing like that, while taking order she rushed too much, and doesn’t even let us finish all the answers weee we don’t do that, I mean just listen please we are your customers. She came to table saw three glass empty of water she fills one up and goes back to her chair and started playing on her phone. Worse service I ever had and for sure never would go back here, nor I recommend anyone going here. There are many other branches of Thai orchid

Few days later an extra 4 dollar charge showed up on our credit card because this people added tip without our permission. We wrote on the tip and added up the total, it was 32. Something dollar but we got charged for 37.some cents… ridiculous how could they do this? It’s consider as a fraud adding tip by your self?

Everyone please look out make sure they don’t charge you a whole extra plate you...

Okay, this is our NEW FAVORITE. We tried it on a whim and everything was perfection. I am so happy we tried Thai Orchid. We loved everything, but if I could recommend one thing it would be to try the Mussamun curry. It is a sweet and delicious curry with chunks of pineapple in it, so good!!! The veggie tempura was huge with so many pieces, very delicious. My tom yum with veggies was heavenly and felt like eating a bowl of health. My pad thai with shrimp was so yummy and NOT too salty like other places. We were delighted with how many vegetarian options there were and that you can customize your protein choice and spice level of many meals. Our server was quick and friendly. We saw her interacting with regulars and it was so sweet and made us so happy to watch their interaction. The kids LOVED her and it was so welcoming to witness. We will be back soon and often!
