This store failed miserably to do there job. All I needed was to ADD a line. They charged me for taxes, then couldn't get it to activate. Asked me to open the phone so they could and still didn't work. Blamed it on me for an old sim card in my phone from over a year ago, made the account have a pending order but it wouldn't work because they made a phone order and then a second order as an upgrade to the first phone charging me again. It didn't work because of what they did and I pointed it out on their tablet but was ignored. Then after nothing worked, after I was blamed and after hours of trying, I said cancel everything I can't give a non working phone as a birthday present and charged me again for restock fee for opening the phone they made me open that never left the store or box! This was the store manager. I went home checked my Verizon, printed receipts and got on the phone to try again the next morning..... Still waiting on a working device and a refund. The following day I spent 8 hours on the phone with customer service, tech support and fraud department because Account was froze with all activities. Account still isn't right, now ALL my lines have changed, bill has been drastically changed I'll probably end up spending hundreds of not thousands more then i should. All I wanted was to ADD one line. That's it. 5 days later..... Still haven't gotten a refund or mistakes fixed. I have been a customer for 15 years and this is the worst experience I have had, honestly worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with and I work in customer service. That being said when I called customer service they tried to make things right but in the end just made it a bigger mess. I think my account shows like 6+ new devices being shipped when they all should have been cancelled but 1. That's all I needed was one. So at this point I am waiting. Waiting on everything to be sent or sent back by UPS which is another disaster and account to clear up or not at which point I'll try again. Idk what else to do.

We are now almost a month later. I still have not been refunded and I am getting charged for not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 extra devices I may bill that I never walked out of the store with. Only 1 did I even touch. I was told by several customer service reps one new bill comes it will fall off.... Blah blah blah .... Nope. Now my monthly bill is over $800 and no one can seem to fix it. EVERY time, I've waited at the entrance for an employee for at least 10 minutes before any employee ever recognized I was there. Twice I've had people walk in behind me and employees sign them in before me. 4 times in the store, 4 times ive waited over 20 mins before leaving due to no one being available to help. The last two visits, I purposefully went during non peak hours. For the last half a year I've been driving out of my way to the store in Avon because I know they can at least get to me within 5 to 10 mins. Thought I'd try this store one more time. Same situation, another guy(walked in just before me) and I both stood there 8 mins before someone said they'd be there in a min. 5 mins later, another couple walks in the door, an employee immediately walks over to them to check them in, as we're clearly standing next to them, the man in front of me says he still hasn't been checked in, looks at me and tells the employee that I haven't been checked in either. The employee proceeds to ignore me and check the new couple in. I'm a fan of Verizon, but this store is (and for at least the last 2 years has been) straight garbage in customer service. We had a very bad experience with Sprint. Other than our cost being $100 less per month for same services at Verizon, we encountered the same problems. Being told one thing and then the next day being told something just the opposite. Our unknowing mistake was partly going thru 3rd party stores. Everything, except one thing the guy at the 3rd party Verizon store told us was completely wrong. He even lied and said with them, we'd never get throttled. Then we went to their corporate store to try to get some answers. Basically they had none. I spent weeks on the phone with help desk techs and higher up techs. Finally one person helped us with our issues. Then, I called the billing office to check on our account. The lady I talked to in billing, I found out later put us on some kind of insurance plan that neither my husband nor I gave consent for. Every time I called, someone was trying to screw us over. Last Saturday I was on the phone for 4 hours with various techs at Verizon. Finally we got someone who cared enough about doing the job right for us and explaining things in understandable terms.
