I waited more than an hour for food from Uber eats here and never got my food. Placed the order around 8:00 and I guess they handed my food to someone but it was not my delivery person. Or my food got stolen. Either way, sucks cus I was really hungry and baby sitting so can’t leave the apartment I’m at right now. :\
Edit: you did not do your best, because I never received any communication from the restaurant. Two drivers took this order, so something must have happened that they could not pick up the order. The delivery time was originally 9:05 to arrive at my apartment. It extended to 9:50 and the only communication I received was from the second driver, saying he was told by your employee that my order was already picked up. This could not have happened, as Uber never would have allowed a second driver to take the order. I’ve worked for restaurants that take Uber orders, and in problem situations we reached out to the customer. This is bad customer service, and...
Read moreThis is a new find for me in Indy and I have been a boba fan for as long as I have known. I visited mochinut for a Yelp event but I ended up buying mochinut on my own dime because it was that delicious, fresh and tasty. I tried Honey+Yuzu which had a tart, citrusy flavor. This wasn’t too sweet and had the perfect amount of crunchiness to give it a fritter + donut like flavor which absolutely made the mochinut desirable. The store is spotless clean and the service is great. I loved that there were a lot of diverse customers from different backgrounds pulling in and that in itself speaks to me about the business in general. Good place where there’s a variety of refreshing drinks, teas and boba teas also served with mochinuts. The place is located in a spot adjacent to a shopping complex making it easily accessible. Definitely good and...
Read moreReally cute concept and aesthetic but way too overpriced for what you get. Donuts are overly sweet and nothing special beyond the unique shape to rationalize that price point ($3.50 per donut?). Ordering only 3 menu items will put you just around $20 for a less than mediocre snack that’s likely to upset your stomach. The corn dogs are massive in a bad way. The over-thick batter makes the whole thing soggy and bland and it falls apart after a few bites especially if you order one with cheese. The bubble tea cups are cool but the tea itself is another overly sweet menu item. The boba place next door is a much better bang for your buck with...
