Five Guys — Restaurant in Plainfield

Based on quality of the food I was there when the doors opened at 11am for a carryout to take home. I asked for my fries to be wrapped in foil, explaining I had to drive across town and it would keep them warm. The young woman at the register relayed the request in Spanish to the person at the fryer. I did not understand the request or reply, but I thought nothing of it, until, watching the preperation and receiving my order to go, I saw it was not done. The fact that the paper bags get greasy is a nother reason I made the request, which was ignored and with NO explanation or refusal to me regarding the accomodation of my request. My order of junior cheeseburger and small fries, no drink, was just over $13 and I willingly left a tip of over 15%. For ignoring my request with NO acknowledgement or explanation to a customer is poor customer service. I will not frequent this local franchise...

I didn't get anything here but my husband did. The parking lot is very big and there are plenty of parking spots. This location is open 7 days a week and is in motion from 11am to 10pm. People are consistently coming and going. We were here at 4pm on a Saturday. This place is definitely well liked. The food was hot, fresh and yummy. My husband got your typical burger, fries and a drink. Not too shabby at all for your American burger joint! The inside is your 50s style burger, fries and shake palace. It's definitely a cute little vibe. They have the pop machine with any type of drink you'd like! That is always a fan favorite, with me. I can't give too much feedback on customer service because I stayed in the car while my husband went in to get his food. I'll be sure to go in, next time. It's pricey but well worth it. Very fresh food.

We just placed an order today for over $76.00. We have paid for delivery. When the order came by DoorDash, the Oder was wrong. We were missing an entire order. I called spoke with the manager and she said oh I see your order here...then goes on to say well do you want to leave and come get it or I can just refund your ORDER!?!?!? Are you kidding me, NO I don’t want you to refund my order nor am I leaving my house to come and get the order. We paid for delivery and that’s exactly what we will get. The manager goes on to tell me well I’m sorry we don’t have anybody else here to help you. We’ll I’m sorry that’s not my fault you made a mistake.
