I just went here for the 1st time because everyone told me how great Qdoba is. It was anything but. The manager (I assume, due to the way he spoke to the cashier) was at the beginning of the line, and was so rude. I was ordering food for people at home and left with 5 items and he acted so annoyed and was rushing me, like I was inconveniencing him for ordering so much food. When I told him I would be getting 2 bowls and a burrito he rolled his eyes and looked at the man behind me in line (who he had already offered to serve before me for some reason) and said "Are you SURE you don't want to go first?" The man said no, that he was fine and not in a rush, so the manager started getting my stuff together. He's rushing me, saying something like "That's all?" After each item and I have to say no, beans please, queso please, etc. Then, when he put the steak on our burrito, it literally wasn't even a spoonful. I was SO surprised because I was told they gave great portions, but whatever, he's already pushing me to hurry up while I'm trying to read the order I have written down on my phone. Keep in mind I've never been here before and had told him this, and I was ordering for 3 people. My daughter was there with me, so I handed her my phone so that she could finish up the toppings on the first order so that I could hurry up on the other two. Once he passed me off to the woman who was doing the toppings, she was nice and got everything together for me, and the young man cashing me out was nice too. Then the manager comes over the the young cashier while he is opening the bag to put my food in and says, "What's going on here?" The young man told him I was paying and he was getting the stuff in the bags and the manager says, "well, cuz it looks like your just standing around and everything is piled up. There's no space. How did u charge them?" I had told the cashier 2 steak burritos, 2 chicken bowls, and a brisket bowl. Then the manager huffs and says "It was lime steak! You know what, whatever, I'll figure it out later. Just bag it up." I'm just standing there like, I can give u another $0.70, I just spent $63. Maybe you should have a system to mark on the food what it is, I didn't even know which burrito was which (my daughter ordered 2 of the 5). Then, the manager turns to the man who's standing behind me in line (the one he had tried to convince to go before me because I was SO in the way) and says "I'm SO sorry for your wait. Thank you so much for your patience." The whole time ignoring me. Like, I'm sorry I bought too many things at your store. I'm sorry I ordered too much food (even though 5 items doesn't seem like anything outlandish) and spent too much money, I'm pretty sure I'm paying the same as everyone else and deserve to not be made out to be an inconvenience to everyone around me. Like, what is this guy's problem? Don't worry, I won't be spending anymore money at your store, so you won't ever have to be bothered by the inconvenience of my presence ever again. I would have told him how rude and unprofessional he was being to his face, but my kid was with me and had a migraine and I knew they really just wanted to get home asap, so here I am writing a novel on Google. 🙄 The funny thing is that when I got on here to review it, the very first review was someone with a VERY similar experience 3 months prior who was ALSO trying Qdoba for the first time. Alienating new customers is NOT the way to keep a business afloat, let alone successful. I haven't even eaten the food yet, and Qdoba has already left a bad taste...
Read moreDrink machine was broken and flooded all over the floor near the cash register. Only 1 person making all the food and checking people out. And of course when it's my turn to order, some lady who already got her food a while ago cuts to the very front to complain that her receipt is wrong. The manager comes out and says there's nothing she can do but the lady keeps going on holding up about 8 of us behind her. I kindly asked the lady if I could check out real quick since I was on my lunch break and she responded that if she let's me go then she'll have to let everyone go. And that "we all have problems", and went on about her son going to medical school. This lady had mental problems and maybe her son was going to medical school to do brain surgery on her. Anyways I had to keep waiting until the manager finally shooed her away. I'll be taking my Qdoba business to Avon since it's the same distance from my job and less mess...
Read moreThis is the worst QDOBA I have ever been to. Most of the employees are extremely rude and unpleasant. It feels much more like a prison cafeteria than a normal restaurant.
Today I received a poorly wrapped burrito, which was leaking sauces from both sides. Upon seeing this I asked if they could throw another tortilla around the burrito in order to prevent leaks and to make it more edible. This request seemed to enrage the cashier, a young black female, and she began to berate me saying that I would need to pay extra for an additional tortilla... This person was extremely rude and unprofessional. I could not believe the manner in which she was speaking to me.
Thankfully another employee was nearby and witnessed the rude and unprofessional behavior of the cashier. This employee saw the leaking, poorly wrapped burrito and was able to remedy the situation by wrapping the burrito with an...
