Good morning to everyone we made it another week praise our father in Heaven. Well you know McDonald's is one of those longtime restaurants I just had to look out for him because they deserve a five point star. What I like about in the morning time when you driving to point A to point B you going to drive to looking at the menu and you know how mad Donald do they do it be what I like is they have the sausage biscuit also the hash brown also I have to ask for a 2 package of grape Jam. I don't count of particular about jelly our Jam I just prefer Jam over jelly. We'll get it at that later moving right along you can't go wrong at McDonald's the service is good and also the drive-thru has a expand have you checked the drive-thru hours lately they have two lines now and also the temperature of the food is good too. And the staff very friendly and kind and also I have to let everybody know the management is on point. I haven't run across too many problems if I had a problem the manager will take over and make sure he or she correct the problem that's how they do. It's a couple of my really enjoy going by the one in Irving it is off the service road when I'm going back to Dallas I like to stop by after I drop the husband off in the morning time. I really do appreciate the service thank you for all that y'all do for this company. It is a very hard-working people that I know that deserve for me to say how good they are I don't mind doing this if you good you just good give me a high five. Read moreOn the morning of March 3rd at about 3:45 AM I rolled up to the drive thru order speaker, after having placed a McDonald's mobile app order at 3:30 AM. The person on the other end stated that they were not taking orders because they were switching over to breakfast. I responded that's fine. But I had placed a mobile order and it was only drinks. The person then said that they had no way to pull up the orders at this moment. To which I replied thank you I will wait until you are ready. This should have been the end of the exchange. But no the voice from the box said the same thing that had been previously stated. They were switching over to breakfast. I replied in a command voice that is fine and that I wasn't moving until I picked up my order. They further decided to escalate the matter. Needless to say I did get my drinks, I thanked them and drove off on my way. I am posting this review for the simple fact that this isn't the first time that I have had less than stellar service from the staff at this location. If you really hate your job that much and you feel that you do not need to exercise the need to move as if your actions have a meaning in this life. Then QUIT!!! Find another job! If you can't find another job. Go to school get the skills necessary to move on. But in the mean time do not and I repeat for the folks in the back. Do not treat customers like waste. To the management. In the time that I sat waiting there were four other vehicles that pulled up and drove off after being told that they were not serving right now. Read moreI came in tonight to pick up a DoorDash order and was literally treated so rude by these men working. I came in to ask for an order and instead of saying that they received it, the white gentleman lied to me and said the order never came through. I called customer support, and came back in to have him confirm through her that the order was never received. Surprisingly he was unable to do so because he lied to me. I asked why would he tell me something different earlier, he stated he never told me that. I asked did the cameras work and pick up conversations, he then proceeded to walk off and say he wasn’t dealing with me or customer support.
I asked the black gentleman his name and he proceeded to say “I don’t give out names and we stick together” as if this is some street code, you’re at work and have to provide a service. The customer support lady then started to call the location, he said he want answering because they stick together. Why are you all even working there, to gaslight customers? It wasn’t my order but another customers food. All I wanted was a simple explanation on what was going on because customer service wanted to know, but they took it too far. It was only one person that attempted to helped and he tried to persuade him to stop speaking with me. Customer service heard the entire conversation as well as I got it on video when he ignored her calling.
