I was so excited to stop here bc there is not a Nekter within an hour of where I live. I ordered two bowls online, then went to the store to pick them up. As soon as I walked in, I could tell everyone had been standing around waiting for their orders a very long time. The girls inside were removing slow and I mean SLOWWWW. I tried to be patient and wait, but they were wiping the counters, restocking, and scooping like it was a leisurely vacation. I watched them make one juice then I saw them take two more orders from the cash register go put those on the line to make then I saw the girl noticed to go orders so then mine, and the other peopleās to go orders that have been printed for a few minutes went behind all of those people. Then I am assuming what was the juicer machine mightāve been acting weird because the girls talked about it and stared at it for a while then decided they would try it anyways it worked fine then one went to finish making the two bowls the other one made the juice. After waiting roughly 15 minutes if not more only one juice had been made and two bowls at that point I had a car full of kids I couldnāt wait any longer. I reconsidered to try out the location again and customer service was much better the two times I've gone recently. I hope it remains that way , because customer service is very important. I'm new to the area, and I tried out this location, maybe 3 or 4 times for acai bowls or protein smoothie. All I want to say is that the customer service is TRASH!!! This location need to train their employees with better customer service skills. Last week , I went to pick up my mobile order, and there was no greeting "hello "when I came inside. When the girl gave me my order and I said "thank you" she just looked at me and walked towards the back, which I thought was very RUDE!!!
