So just telling your bread and butter the paying customers to just leave for little to nothing and may I remind District/Corporate Manager Kianna that some people in the cafe are autistic and are in no form or fashion in violation of no code of conduct and I'm not your child. And I'm well within my rights as a paying customer to leave belongings in at my discretion and get something to eat elsewhere or whatever I need. And this is the quote unquote code of conduct to promote giving people a bad rap for next to nothing and promoting mean spiritualness in the Starbucks brand and representation of nothing of the brand and likeness. I certainly hope you realize that you have an entire community in autism watching and the environment you create for them. Poverty isn't chosen for certain people and you know little to nothing about people and they're situation and beyond the code of conduct. This is about customer rights and what judgments they make. Don't just observe and catch senseless violations that contribute to nothing of the Starbucks experience. And never promote mean spiritualness under no circumstances and take away from everyone. That's never the Starbucks brand or the way of doing things. Focus more on something that's actually happening. Observation and speculation dose little to nothing for the and totally takes from...
Read moreEdit 9/03/24: 2 years later and this continues to be my favorite Starbucks location. Staff is all super friendly and seem genuinely happy to work there, which is a great reflection on the management I think! They also remember their regular customers and greet with enthusiasm. Of all the Starbucks locations I've been to, the consistency/quality of the drinks is higher here than anywhere else in the area. Ordering the same thing 3 times a week tastes the same all 3 times, which I understand can be more challenging when making additional requests like adding espresso shots, swapping milk, etc. They're also very knowledgeable on the drinks and great at making suggestions if you're apprehensive about trying something you've never ordered before. Place is always clean, service is always fast, and my day is always better afterwards.
Original: I frequent this location and am always helped by friendly and welcoming staff. My coffee always tastes wonderful and the employees are happy to offer substitutes if they're out of a specific ingredient, ex. swapping oat milk for almond milk. Wait times are always reasonable, the place is always clean, and I have yet to have a bad...
Read moreSuper upset with this experience at Starbucks. Never had an issue with any Starbucks even during a huge rush. But I’m traveling and went to this location before a 14 hour drive. This location was not busy. There was only one car in front of me in this line. I got to the screen to order and I asked for a few minutes to figure out what I wanted and the lady was very pushy and rude. I ordered the oatmeal as I’ve done multiple times and the lady asked if I wanted all the things for it and I said yes. I also ordered the pumpkin cream cheese muffin. I got to the window the lady was very odd towards me and I paid didn’t think much of it. I started driving got on the interstate I went to grab my muffin and it’s ice cold. And so that’s already upsetting and in my opinion just very rude. So I went for the oatmeal and it was missing all the stuff and i didn’t have a spoon to eat it. So It was just a waste of money and time going there because I was already on the interstate heading back and wasn’t going to turn around. But it’s very irritating that I’m traveling and this was supposed to be breakfast but instead is just going...
