FOOD POISONING!!!! On Wednesday 1/04//2023, my son asked me to drop off lunch and I stopped by Subway on 340 Coit Rd Suite 300 Plano, TX 75075, and ordered the 6â Mexicali. As I was dropping off his lunch, I smelled something weird, did mention it to my cousin who was with me at the time, and he told me it could be the wrapping paper Subway uses for the sandwiches, so I didnât think anything of it after that. I dropped off the lunch. I know he didnât have breakfast that morning and the night before he had a fresh homemade meal of brown rice broccoli, and chicken, as did the rest of the family at around 6 pm. But right after school when I picked him up on Wednesday, he was complaining that he had a horrible stomach pain and he felt like throwing up. I immediately stopped by the store to pick up Pepto-Bismol for the symptoms, and Pedialyte just in case. At around 7 pm he started vomiting and told me he had diarrhea. He missed school Thursday and Friday of that week, and Monday through Wednesday. I took him to the doctor on Monday morning as that was the first available appointment. They ran blood tests and everything came back normal but he is still having cold sweats, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and pounding headaches ever since. He literally will take naps throughout the day and eat very little as the food he eats makes him more bloated and causes great stomach pain, and vomiting. He is staying hydrated drinking Pedialyte, gatorade, and water at all times. Tylenol is not helping the unbearable pounding headache at all. I know for a fact this was food poisoning from Subway because we ate the same thing except the sandwich he had for lunch. He is not getting any better and his doctor has requested a stool sample to test for...
Read moreI just left Subway and I am so upset. I order thru the app two footlongs a cold cut combo and a rotisserie chicken toasted. My husband only wanted meat and cheese on his cold cut combo so I remove all the veggies from his sandwich and added spinach, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, pickles, banana peppers, oil, mayo, salt and pepper on my sandwich but forgot to indicate I wanted the spinach, tomatoes, onions, and green peppers toasted with the meat & cheese so I edited my order to include that. Well, I picked up my order and when I get home my husband goes to eat his sandwich and it had all these veggies on it and mine did too but look like it had no meat on it. I take it back to ask the employee to remake it because the order was not correct. He said he could not remake it because I order thru the app so I ask him to reflect my money and he said no because I ordered thru the app and that I would have to cancel the order on the app. I asked how do I do that if the payment has already gone thru and he said I don't know I said we'll you need to remake my order and he Saud no because this was over. $30 order but my oder was $18.90. I asked for a manager and he said he was the Manager so I asked for name of the person over him and he said no so I asked for his name and he said it was Ranfera which I do not believe he gave me his correct name. He was very rude and did not care to try to help me get my money back. He pretended he had refunded me my money but it was just a copy of the receipt of my order. I am so frustrated and I will never order from that Subway again located on 340 N. Coit Rd Suite 300, Plano, Tx 75075. Now I am out of $18.90 and no sandwiches!!! I only gave it 1 star because there was no...
Read moreVery disrespectful and inconvenient. I went there with my brother and father to use a coupon that was sent in the mail for two footlongs. As me and my brother went to the lady working there and asked if we could use it there, she only looked at it for a second and rudely brushed us off saying âWE DONT TAKE THATâ and not even bothering to explain to us. She was sassy and impatient when me and my brother were trying to be polite. When we asked the young man (probably her son based on how they interacted with each other) to change our sandwiches to 6inches, she laughed at as and tried to make him give us a foot long instead. After we got done ordering, my brother tried asking the guy to look at our coupon and tell us why we canât use it here, And the lady who was helping a young couple who walked down with their orders, Tried yelling from across the room âwe donât take couponsâ to her son, and he looked confused. He then showed us some coupons that were used apparently and said that those were the ones that they use in the ones we have are usable at this location. At least that guy was trying to be more polite and help us understand instead of the woman being rude and ignorant. Iâve seen multiple negative comments about the subway and many of them were people expressing they are frustration and poor encounters with the workers here, and at least three other people complained about the coupons problem and people always had something to say about the lady working there showing to me that the customer service is a big problem here. I recommend going to any other subway in Plano or going to the chipotle or Taco Bell nearby if youâre...
