We used the online waitlist to reserve a spot on a Sunday. Yes, I know Sundays are busy, but that's why it's even more important to be organized and execute well. That didn't happen and it's become the norm for this location. We waited over an hour on the online cue/wait list. Our party of 2 stopped progressing through the online system. (Stopped at 6th in line and never updated). We heard someone go to the reception desk and say they've been waiting for 30 mins and wanted to check their place in line, and they were told their table was next. So I went up to the desk and said we'd been waiting over an hour (about 75 mins) and people who had been waiting less had been seated. She checked my name and said "oh, you haven't checked in". I confirmed that I did check in online and she said the system was broken, that they're aware it doesn't operate correctly, and they would seat me next. So I went back to the bench to prepare my husband to be seated (I should mention he's disabled) and then went back to reception. She seated 3 or 4 more parties as we stood there waiting since we were told we were next, so I asked again what happened since she told us we're next. She said they needed to clean off our table, and then she sent an employee to clean it, and then went back to seating other parties. Several minutes (like 15 mins) after the table had been cleaned, i asked if I could just seat ourselves since the table was ready but no one was seating us. She said sure. Didn't hand us a menu or anything. Our poor server was already obviously flustered, and finally got to our table with menus. We ordered quickly. I totally expected the food to take a while because of the rush. When our food came out about 25 mins later, everything was cold except for my side order of chicken sausage. I could tell that the issue was time mangement...they had made and plated the two main dishes and then had to wait for the chicken sausage to be prepared for whatever reason so the two main dishes ended up sitting for an extended time before being served. It just wasn't a good experience on any level. I will be patient as I can be when a place is crazy busy...but when the issue is something that can be prevented and managed better, I don't have...

On December 7, 2024, my daughter, a close friend, and I visited this restaurant. Initially, we were warmly greeted and seated by the host, but our experience quickly declined. Our waiter, Jose G., took a considerable amount of time to take our drink orders and even longer to serve them.
After finally receiving our drinks, we attempted to order our food, but Jose walked away before we could complete our order. He returned eventually, took our orders, and left once more. Having not seen my daughter in weeks due to her being away at college, we were engaged in conversation, losing track of how long we had been waiting for our food. When I tried to get Jose’s attention, he advised me to relax and assured me that he would bring the food.
After another 15 minutes, Jose began bringing out the food, but it arrived at different times. Some of my meal was cold; a kind female staff member offered to replace it, but I declined, allowing my daughter to finish her meal while my friend only managed to eat half of his.
Overall, the food was mediocre, but the service was unacceptable. This will be my last visit to this restaurant. Management, if you are reading this, please address customer service issues with your server, Jose. I expressed my concerns to the cashier that day, who offered to call a manager, but it was raining, and my daughter wanted to head home.
I am not discouraging others from visiting this restaurant, but if you do happen to be served by Jose G., I recommend requesting a different server for a more professional experience with a better sense of urgency. I wanted to give zero stars for service but the google...
Read moreThis was our first time eating at this location. We had heard great things so had high hopes. Honestly, this was average at best. We were promptly greeted and seated in a near empty restaurant. I asked about a gluten free menu and the person seating us recommended the Dutch Baby because "it is mostly egg". I moved on because it's obvious she had zero clue what gluten free is and decided to ask the waitress instead. I asked and she got a glazed over look on her face, so I took a chance and just ordered and hoped for the best. I had the buckwheat pancakes and bacon.
They were not done through. The outside was done, but gooey in the middle. All 3 of them. The bacon was tasty. My guy has the country breakfast (I think that's what it was called - biscuits with eggs and sausage covered in a miniscule amount of cream gravy). His only comment was "does yours have any flavor?"
As for service, our waitress came to get drink orders immediately. Then, the only thing we can figure out is she had to go pick, roast, and grind the coffee beans for my coffee and make the soda syrup for my guy's Diet Coke because it took so long for her to return a manager and no less than 4 other servers stopped by to ensure our drink order was taken. Service for the rest of the meal was equally slow. We got there at roughly 8:20 on a Sunday morning. We didn't linger after eating and didn't leave until close to 9:30 - there were only about 5-6 other tables occupied so it wasn't a matter of anything being backed up.
Overall I was underwhelmed by the...
